Was gaining a pound a week at least it's more stable ranging 146.5 to 149.5.
I'm probably where I need to be anyway now that I stand up straight and suck my gut in. Looks more girl.

Weighed myself today, still weigh 86kg - it made me jump for joy! I tried on one of my old long sleeved t-shirts that I haven't worn since 2008-09... wow, it fits like it used to!
Brought a size 16 fur-lined parka since it is Winter down under, I do not remember the last time I brought a size 16 in anything! I had to buy 3XL pants to fit around my tummy as the ladies size 18 *maternity* jeans were too embarrassing for me to wear, that was a low point in my life.
Never again! Onwards and upwards!

OMG I can't believe I am even saying this but Poop before you step on the scales. No clothing. Normal clothing may add up to 7 pounds. OMG this is disgusting but feces can add up to three pounds depending. (puke) My poop vehemently disagrees with your first tip. Kidding!
I weigh myself in the morning with just underwear on. Clothes definately add weight so I much rather prefer getting accurate results.
I did the 900-1000 calorie thing, dropped weight and had more energy than before. Heck, I once went a few days just eating (healthy) sushi and drinking water, that alone made me drop a lot of weight over the few days. Of course when I went back to my bad habits, the weight came back on!
I used to have double lunches and double dinners, makes me feel sick just thinking about those large servings I had times two. I'm glad I don't eat like that anymore!
Great tips, Jamie! How has your weight been doing since?Well I am a little late in answering but.. I am steady now at 170. I gain a little and lose a little. But all within 10 pound range. But I would love to hit 150 so now it's time to go counting the cals again. It sux though because I can go 3 to 4 days without eating and once the hunger pains cease it's like I gain energy. Well I already said what my doctor told me that I have an ultra efficient metabolism. That's not good when you like food. I went a week before without solid food and just drinking water and a couple of sodas a day and being active and never got the symptoms of some of our US reality survival show stars have experienced. It was like no big deal. But I don't want to get super skinny because it don't look really good on me. At least with a little paunch and have to be a guy the boobs don't cause too much attention. At 140, the little boobs kind of stick out a little more. BTW, in the US not too long ago I heard that the average American adult male weighs 195 pounds and the average female weighs 160 pounds. So the average male is 5'9" and the average female is 5'6". I am 5'9" so I figure my weight as a female my height which there are many and Jesus Christ some even taller than that, I'm just about right. I am going to lose more but still want the softness and the few curves that I have. Hell when I weighed 140 I was not the average male specimen. No muscle tone. Not even sinewy. Even at 140 I had more fat than muscle. Some guys would make fun of my legs because of the shape of them. They even made fun of my ass and hips. Not male and not female but somewhere in between. But In my forties. I think 150 would be a good weight. Maybe even 160 for my height. LOL Double meals are definitely not good.

Ahh... Don't worry too much about it Jayce. Yeah I watch Fox News (Ducking know from all the rotten vegetables being thrown at me). But guys with guts are in. They called it the "daddy belly". I don't think I'm gonna' worry about weight too much as long as I can cross my legs like a lady. Styles always change. Too skinny now, AKA Supermodels in the 90s seem to be out. I mean really from a NB MTF Bi point of view, skin and bones or a little softness and curves. Give me the softness and curves. As for guys. I never cared too much for a guy that was prettier than me. Give me normal everyday people with genuine feelings. Forget the magazine images. That is fake and I be damned if I ever eat a really good steak and then throw it up because of weight worries. To me weight and looks don't mean shit. Who you are does. I have seen some really physically so called ugly people that were more beautiful or handsome than the most gorgeous bodies in the world. I have actually fallen in love with some. I have fallen for some of the so called beautiful people and there was really no satisfaction in that. Seems like they were more worried about themselves than "us".

Still don't have a scale and unlikely to ever get one, but I realized this morning that I am almost down a binder size. I'm not just saying that because mine have stretched out. They're both drying right now, so I needed another one, decided to try a smaller one I accidentally got before and see how it fits, and it turns out it does.

147.75 1250 cal deprivation day.
Started writing cals in big magic marker on candy bars. I was doing 400 to 600 cals a day compulsive eating them.
Eating an 80 or a 40 or a 200 and seeing the value on the box worked as a deterrent. Also big boss had brought veggies salad in. Raw peas, yum.
Edge good for you, maybe I got it from you. 38 bust is my dream.
