I had my cheat day yesterday to keep me from going insane Gained 1kg but that will come off as I resume my healthy eating today.

Laying in 8 to 12 ft posts set in concrete all day.
No breakfast, lots of Gatorade mixed with water, grape and cranberry juice.
Ativans belly exercise is helpful.
It would be fun to belly dance...

We gotta lure Aisla and illuminess into this, one to lose it one to gain it...
Protein powder Erin, balanced diet, healthy foods

I ate 3500 cals today Dumb and dumber Cutting tomorrow. New son in law came for dinner. Wife was worried about my nails and bra showing. But he knows already and is fine with it all. I called him son when he left with peanut. You should have seen his face light up. Lol. Forest wins another one. :-) Good for you Trin, smart to lay a good foundation for the future son, anyway you need one in that family!

Was 88kg yesterday, 87kg today I had sausage roll and fruit salad the two days I was at college last week, don't want to have to do the same this week as money is tight.

Relevant to the tummy exercise, is the muscle we are developing kind of high up over the stomach while the lower 6 pack is not involved?
Feels like it.
This feels similar to an isolation exercise.
I'll hold at 146 if the tummy goes down. That'll get me my bs when the fat filled in.

I had a chicken salad wrap yesterday and a very chubby pigeon was standing next to me watching me eat it lol. Only having one class today, didn't have time to grab food but it's all good, will have a little extra at dinner to make up for it. Had sugar last night, will cut it out tonight. I feel weak and disorientated if I cut out carbs and sugar completely.
