I'm from the UK, mainly from the vicinity of London. I'm now living in New Brunswick, Canada, where I moved with my wife 3 years ago. Who, as it happens, is from that wonderful island of Newfoundland too.

In the US, in the land of the windchill factor, MN. Its snowed enough here to actually accumulate a week ago or so,, fall came and went in its usual two weeks and it is winter already, more snow on the way next week. And yes, if you are dumb enough to stand in the wind when it is cold, it feels colder and that can be a factor, but not as cold as if you sat on the hood of your truck going down the highway at 60 mph... Windchill is relative and can be important to people who drill holes in the ice on the lakes here and sit there fishing, as if it is a sport of some kind, and they even plow roads for everyone, they fish in groups it seems like, windchill factor, important to know.

Ativan please keep that snow and cold crap. I'm not ready for it. My poor body needs more time to adjust to the 50 degree weather before it goes colder.
I am from the wonderful state of Ohio. Born and mostly raised here. Did a short stint in Tennessee but came back. Farming, big trucks, college football and bike paths everywhere you turn.

I am USA born and raised but would love to go Ireland one day and see where my family is from. They were part of an Irish Gypsy family. My grandmother married my grandfather who just finished the Academy to become a police officer in Ohio of all places and had traveled to Ireland before he started working. I get up between Ohio and Tennessee which is a huge difference for being only 1 state between them. Not as big as Trinity living between Florida and New York lol. I am currently in Ohio and will be until my 11 year turns 18 because I have shared parenting with his father and neither of us can move unless we want to give up our time with him. And as most of my friends on here know I will do anything for my kids.

Went there with my partner, we stayed in a hostel in Dublin and explored the city and various places at the eastern coastline (I need to go to the sea whenever possible) and it was really beautiful there. I am born, raised and still live in the middle of Germany. It's nice here, but I love to see other places (didn't have many chances to do so yet, but let's see what's in for me in the future). My dream is to see Japan at least once in my lifetime!
