sometimes, it's really nice to be faab with no girly inclinations. clorhing is as simple as turquoise and black for the most. and even if it's men's wear, nobody even seems to notice.
praise be to those women long time ago who figured girls should have equal rights to practical clothing.

Just donated all of my feminine things to a good used clothing place. Moving here has space limitations and it was either them or my black T's and camo or black cargo pants. I also unloaded about 4 dozen colored T's and a couple dozen pairs of jeans... Not to mention winter coats and long sleeve shirts and pull-overs. Everything I held dear to being feminine went. But I look forward to the time where I can restock, it'll be fun all over again. Did buy some more black T's and a couple pairs of camo pants, just kept thinking I can still look feminine in a kick your ass way. Small town MN living for now. We've all had times when we've had to purge the closet of stuff that is no longer suitable at the moment. I just sent about 20 bras to GoodWill, they were nice all that breast projection just wasn't cutting it with my non-binary presentation. If I haven't worn something for months on end it goes to Goodwill where someone else could use it. You'll find some interesting new stuff when you get a chance to restock. Btw I am big on my black T shirts, they are always just right for kicking around in.

We can all thank actresses like Lauren Bacall and others who first started wearing pants in their films. Prior to that only men wore full length pants. Women are by far the greatest cross dressers of all, no one ever made a big fuss over it, they did it and it just was. There's probably some good advice there for those who are timid about clothing they would like to wear, just do it!

I hope one day society sees men wearing skirts the same way as women wearing pants, as something people don't bat an eyelid at all.
(Will Smith's son wore a skirt in a women's fashion photo shoot, not sure why people hate him so much but I love that he's challenging people's norm of gender and clothing.)
Currently, there is a lot of stigma and shame instilled into that image, there is the ever-growing violence against transwomen because people perceive them as "men in dresses", "faggots" and so on.
Don't get me wrong, without a doubt, I will wear the clothing I desire to wear one day. Currently at this time, I value my safety over gender expression, at least, until I move to an area where it's socially accepted to be gender non-conforming or more LGBT friendly than the city I live in at the moment.
Note to self, I gotta work on my girl voice if I wanna present as feminine full-time in the future

There is currently a backlash towards trans people, the same as when Gay became more acceptable. I am old enough to remember the backlash from the civil rights movement, the beatings and killings. ML King died by assassination. It's the same people all over again, change threatens their way of life and they lash out. They forget that their way of life exists because others allow them that freedom, the same freedom others expect and desire. The killings and beatings need to stop, society shouldn't allow it in the least. It is very slowly getting there, I can see the changes already, every year it gets better. But it can't get here soon enough for those who are punished for being harmlessly themselves.

It was easy for women to dress as men; it was dressing up the power rank. When men dress as women, they challenge masculine hegemony. That is why there is a backlash. At least that's what I think.

So I bought my boots today. No big deal, and massive deal. They are feminine, but I can wear them to work and look smart. Only problem is its 33 degrees Celsius today. Way too hot to wear boots. Slowly but surely I am growing a wardrobe...

Haha trinity. I was driving with them on this afternoon. It wasn't so pleasant. But tomorrow looks like the start of autumn so it will only be 27. That's doable!!!

It's always best to shop ahead of an upcoming season anyway, as it seems that by mid-season the items you are searching for have already gone off the shelves and next season's stock is in place. Rather irritating, but my experience is that if it's there then get it before it's too late.

Gosh.
I dunno, sometimes when I wear boots, I feel so hot that when people glance at my stockings on my legs combined with the rockin' boots, I'm so smokin' hot that it burns the hearts outta people

So, as of today, I have permission from my wife to enter bigender fully. I can start to buy outfits, make up, a hand bag, etc. with the blessing of my wife. This may very well be the best day of my life.
