It's nice of so many of you to add me on it, but I feel I should let you know that I'm never going to be using that service. I think my psycho ex girlfriend is following me on it. I know she is on YouTube. So yeah. Maybe y'all shouldn't be following me there, for your own protection. As far as I know, there's no way to forcibly remove followers, so I'm stuck with her. I wish I didn't even have that account, since I didn't create it. I guess it came with one of my other Google accounts.

Google+ confuses this little child. Little child doesn't know how to use it at all, aside from adding followers.
Psycho ex girlfriend sounds terrible, little child can relate to that feeling. Silly exes should find more productive things to do. If I am following you, I will try to unfollow you. I wish I could delete my Google+ thingie but it doesn't seem to allow it.

I'm not a Google or a Facebook fan either, they are into too much information gathering and intrusive stuff to suit me. I do add people on Google simply because they have added me, which is kind of a mind numbing reason as well.

If you google removing a follower from google plus, you should find that you can remove them from your circles and block them so that the best they can do is see what you have set for public.

Bleh. I dunno if I want to try fooling with it. And how can I have a Google+ profile if I've never used it? And I certainly don't want to risk messing up my Gmail account... I think I'll leave it be for now. I just sort of wanted to warn all you nice folks who are adding me to stay away from any potential nuts from my past who may also be following me.

OK so what is google plus? Oh hell Pikachu. You cool to me girl. Do I need to tell anyone that on Google? Seems like everyone here is pretty badass in my opinion. BTW that was a compliment.

Don't ask me. Some social media thing Google forces you into when you have a Gmail or YouTube account, apparently. The only reason I even know people are adding me on it is because I've been getting email alerts.

You don't need to leave a trail of breadcrumbs in the Google land forest so the nutcase can follow you hon!

But am I really leaving a trail of breadcrumbs? It doesn't bother me if she follows me on some account I never have used and never will. I just didn't want her potentially preying on all these people who have decided to also follow me there for whatever reason.
I read the part about it not interfering with my Gmail account, but considering I use that account for pretty much everything, I still don't want to risk it. There's a lot to lose and next to nothing to gain if something goes wrong.

I deleted Google+ phew! I was worried that my Youtube account would be affected and praise the deities, it remains unchanged...! Thank you Auntie Shan! Speaking of Youtube, I must make videos...! I can invite folks on Youtube community to this forum, would that be a good idea?

I didn't want you to go deleting things for my sake, Auntie Shan. But I appreciate the effort. Now I feel bad, though. I'm just apprehensive. Your email is with a different company, but all my stuff runs through Gmail. And with the way Google tangles everything up together, I don't trust them not to mess with my Gmail account if I go around changing others, even if they say they're not going to. Maybe a touch of paranoia on my part, but I'd rather not tempt fate, so to speak.

But it is okay, Pikachu! It's your choice and whatever you choose, it will be respected by me at least! I know I am wary of the internet too, especially when it comes to emails. There have been so many scam emails that have been very convincingly appear like the official company email (e.g. Paypal, eBay, etc.) that I almost cannot trust anything that comes into my inbox...! The only thing I can tell if it's not official is if the scam email asks for credit card information or to click on a link (to a virus, hurrah!), it usually gives off alarm bells.
