New laws affecting the board

A new Florida state law will ban all minors from this board if it passes.

I'm not sure what this will mean, but I am very likely to have to delete myself out of the forum or face criminal charges.  And know this, that I cannot delete the board.  They could however force me to delete all of my posts.

Still understanding this.  There's other new Florida laws in session, I think 18 of them, criminalizing trans.  

And there's a 35,000.00 fine if I say anything about anyone that wants to say anything bad about trans that is in another law being considered, with no right to defend yourself.  Truly evil and un American.

Republicans are targeting this board and the people on it.

The laws have not been passed yet.  This is kind of a heads up post.

If republicans were actually targeting this board, we would be getting far more trolls trying to sign in and I think I eliminated one, maybe two in the last year.
And those were just iffy came back bad on email check, bad reports is all, they actually never got on the board.
One person I eliminated after reading a few posts from them because they were combative and on the right politically, something the board just doesn't need.
You want to be republican then fine, just don't bring up that kind of mentality here, you will be banned.
What gives me the right to do that, you might ask, I give me the right to do that, I have the power to do it and I am not about to let some dumb assholes have their way on here.
As far as FL goes, over the last few years they have always had tens of bills they present all the time for some of the stupidest things, the media gets ahold of them and makes fun of them and they drop them.
It's over for republicans there like it is in most if not all of the country, republicans are having a hard time even being republican because like everything they touch, they ruin it, religion, patriotism,you name it and they touch it and it goes to shit.
Almost everything they think is smart and they bring up is not designed to help people, it is designed to give them a fleeting fame on social media to brag about for votes, but real voters are wise to their BS.
As it is, declaring yourself to be a republican is pretty much viewed everywhere as bragging that you are a failure and stupid, a loser who can't understand normal thinking.
It's p[retty easy even in this republican part of the state here to insult someone by simply asking them,'what are you, some kind of republican?', they stutter most of the time.
FL is falling apart and just because some dumbass politicians are thinking if they more than double down on idiocy that they will be re-elected is a right wing wet dream, this Nov is going to see them all take a dive into the depths of reality and they haven't a clue as to how to swim let alone keep their heads above the shit line, they are standing on a rock in the pit of hell and their own shit is more than neck deep for them.
They wanna come for the people on this board? Bring it on, they got nothing and never have anything, big talk that is nothing more than right wing fart.

My medical people already have built a case for abuse by the state, I have them on descrimination under the ADA, elder abuse for withholding meds to a senior, cutting a senior off from blood work for thyroid and deliberately causing harm, arguably- because I couldn't get blood work because couldn't get a doctor - psych abuse and bullying by the republicans, physical stress related illness from their abuse.... all documented.

if they do vote these laws in they are blatantly unconstitutional. But none of that helped the PTSD that I have, I'm still in the middle of crawling back from the edge, counting the days now to the first psyche appt and I am going to bury them legally just by telling the truth.

Glad you are doing the enforcing here, you always were pretty good at dropping the hammer when it was needed.

Right now, according to the UN laws, the republicans in Florida are guilty on two counts of genocide against trans people.

Screwed my head up though, these guys did, went over the edge on it at least four times this last year.

Yah, I think most people would consider them a hate group at this point. Whether they were before or not, I don't really know, maybe so, but since Trump came in, the nazi's took that party over making cruelty and lying and wealth their God and punishing and hurting the weak and vulnerable, instead of kindness, truth and love.
