Hi all now years using Testosterone as born females we wanted a step further in our transition, inside the third gender.
Both we have natural D/E cup breasts, but trough t use the are weak and hanging like teabags.
We wanted now an upgrade of our breasts so that they would become nice big breasts again, with manly chest hair growing on them, so that people clear can see that we are belong to the third gender.
Both we are doing research about salline breast implants and wanted to go to the H size.
Are there risk's in using testosterone and getting breast implants, we didn't want to stop with testosterone.
Is there some experience from third gender people who have done such surgery's on hormones?

No idea and we are so small here now not too many would know, but I can't imagine there being a risk on saline implants other than the normal ones associated with any surgery like that. I would not think T vs E would matter with it. Good to know about the T bags, another reason for me personally not to go off of estrogen, which I don't want to do anyway. Even with little a/b boobs, it would be really kind of devastating, but boobs were super important to me because of dysphoria, and I still want them even though I have backed way off from the mtf path.

It all went well, we didn't have to stop with testosterone and the procedure is the same as normal breast enlargement. Both we have now salline implants. We're happy that we have our chest haired breasts back, and not those silly looking teabags anymore.
