I started with blockers and stopped those, but full hrt, testicles are atrophied, and take both injected estrogen and progesterone.
I have a female body, facial hair that I shave, and still have the bottom stuff (amab). The body fat is redistributed in ways I like and need, my arms are still quite muscular though.
I am very comfortable with this generally but I do not like to look down. I am mentally disassociated from that thing, it does not feel like it is a part of my body nor belong on it. And it don't like talking about that body part.
No op is not by choice really, its by circumstance.
My skeleton is also a source of dysphoria, big time.
So that's what its like for me as binary trans physically, but nonbinary me. And as said other places, I present in many ways socially, and very comfortably in all of them.
Not lines on a spectrum of gender, but more like a wholeness with different characteristics, I like to refer to my own gender as a symphony.
I'd rather be dead then give up hormones. God forbid. That's one test I pray I never have to face.

My transition has been pretty binary. HRT, electrolysis, voice training would be the main things I've done.
I still don't feel comfortable presenting fully feminine though. Part of it is that I get a lot more pushback from cis women if I present too feminine. It sort of highlights the masculine features that I can't easily or cheaply change and makes me more obviously trans.

i'm taking the ftm road, started t with e blockers and am planning to get top surgery (chances are good that i'll get it done next summer) to masculinize in many ways. i still don't identify as male, so right now i'm going for a softly masculine / demiguy presentation. as long as people keep seeing me as clearly female (as i have strongly feminine-read physical features), my agenda is presenting very masc which results in me looking kinda androgynous: short hair, men's clothing... (i still think most people think of me as butch lesbian when they see me lol). when my passing gets better i'd love to try presenting slightly fem again. i don't like to wear make-up but maybe i'll take out some of my old clothes and/or jewelry again... the hrt effects i've noticed so far are, in order of appearance: stronger body odor, oily skin and some pimples, increase of libido, bottom growth, slight changes in the shape of my face (a tiny little bit less rounded now ), loss of head hair (damn, hope it won't be too much), aaand recently i noticed more body hair, yay! - so all in all i think those things don't make a big change in my appearance yet, but it's fascinating and i'm looking forward to what's to come

I don't remember the specifics but male pattern baldness is something that can be avoided, has to do with vitamins and minerals and that. I don't have that problem so I'm not entirely well read on it but I do know it can be slowed way down and even reversed, Vitamin D3 is a big player in that, I do know that much and most people are very lacking in D3 to begin with. It really does pay to stay up on healthy foods and vitamins and that stuff, you are throwing your body a curve ball and it more sensitive to lack of this and that in your diet. Might as well be healthy as hell while transitioning.
