Me....yes.
I am afraid of the consequences of being me.
What are you afraid of?

Likewise, but I also afraid of consequences of not being me... it looks like a closed circle of things to be afraid of. With this I prefer to pretend I’m not afraid of anything and try to deal with my fears one by one. It’s an open question what if they came all together at once though

I was terrified when I started down this path, but not so much right now.
I think I was just scared of the unknown. I have a pretty good idea now of what it is like to live as me publicly. It's not at all like trying to live as a guy was, but I did that for a long time and I didn't like it.
I do have some concerns about how my family will react if and when they find out I'm transitioning, but they live on the other side of the country, and aren't really in my daily life.

Its among the things that I have very little fear of, it just isn't a big deal and if people want to make mine a big deal, then I can be even more fearless and destroy their ideas of what reality is when it comes to gender. It is the weak in mind who rely on their abilities to bully, be asshole bigots that try to instill fear into others, especially with something that they don't have a clue as to what gender is. It isn't as if you are trying to change the world, and they can't change mine, it just isn't going to happen, almost seven decades of societies bullshit notions of everything that doesn't concern them, and in the end, society realizes it doesn't. The fear is a self made one and not one that is in general something that you can be punished for, although bigots generally do with their idiotic versions of what is and isn't, if we count up all of their shortcomings, we can rip them a new asshole. Their need to point out others shortcomings as they see them is the very biggest one that they have. Again, the harshest thing you can do to is a bigot is to say they are and walk away, they stammer and stutter that they aren't, but they have just been called out and nobody other than other bigots will back them up. And they soon realize that the only people they have this in common with are bigots, which they claim they are not, there just isn't a way for them to get around it without declaring themselves to be bigots, but then how many people go around telling people they are assholes? There is only a slight fear that one of the idiots will come up from behind and cause physical harm, but then they have to either kill me which will cost them their lives in prison and beyond, or understand that I am a far bigger threat to them than they could ever be to me. I don't hesitate when it comes to striking another person, you hesitate and you lose, a hard lesson for anyone, and they will always hesitate just a little more than I will, they always do. It isn't a matter of being violent, it is just tactics, same as if a group of assholes confront you and you know you have little chance of getting away, always go for the biggest one, balls, throat, eye, whatever is the quickest way to take them down, the others will always hesitate after that, it pays for anyone who thinks they have something to fear to learn self defense in martial arts, most people who are assholes have no idea how to even spell that. Going for their weakest points is like hitting them all, it so makes them cringe that they become unarmed idiots most of the time, they don't want their balls as ornaments.

I already paid the price for being me and its worth it.
Im more out than not, i can blend in plain sight, its all good.
So the fears have been faced and the bs just triggers more of a stand your ground type thing.
But i was terrified in the beginning of losing my wife and everything. That hasnt happened.
As time goes on its all just normal, but theres codependency issues to resolve and abuse issues as well.
But its all been done to me and im still alive and their actions will hurt them in the end.
Its not that the fears were groundless. Its that i had to be willing to pay the price for living true.

Living true is something that people need to understand is something that bigots and those like them just can't do, they fail to understand that at all.
