A great day in church and major spiritual victories in me.

Resentment against certain doctrines and attitudes in church were stealing my Christian experience from me.

That is the battle and the war.  I am sick of the evil one using that on me and us.

So the trick is this.  The resentment itself is evil.  Whoever caused it dpesnt matter.

Now in the true Christian walk, how do we rid purselves of it and the anger and live oit Christs love for the unloveable?

No more for me.  I am reclaiming my faith and all of its joy.

Biggest source of crap that is supposedly christian is the church, they are and always have been political.
They use very selected things that they talk about the most, and they cherry pick information they want and can twist into things it just isn't.
I say this sometimes and its very true, people just don't read the bible, they pick stuff from it instead.
There is the old thing about opening the bible up and stick your finger on a page randomly and that is supposed to be your guide.
And a person can do that, but you are twisting it all up to suit a purpose you have, it might even give you the way to forcing hate on someone.
And the thing is, you can do the very same thing with most any book, try it with a dictionary, you can always take that small passage and make it into a bigger story in your life.
If you haven't read the bible front to back at least once, and I mean pages at a time, not just scanning it for what you think is important, but read and think about every word you are reading and how it all works in context, then you have no business even pretending to know any passage in the bible and what it means, you can take any of them and twist them into some pence bastardized thing that isn't christian at all.
And the other thing, they always pick the crap from the old testament, it's called old for a reason, it was an old story that barely makes sense and reading it is to see how it has been pieced together to make sense, stuff is made up in it and so what, its a story and the story is the point.
But if you read it, you will realize what blood thirsty people they were and that they claimed god told them they had to rape pillage and plunder, just take the lands from those people, the other people are always the problem despite the story tellers doing things that wouldn't be stood for today, rotten shit in there, and the justifications? God said they had to do it... pence kinda stuff.
The new testament tells you that Jesus said that you need to ignore that old shit because it was an angry god and that as your god, he has a better way, and christianity is based on christ, there is nothing in that word that says old story testament bullshit can't touch this and have to wash for that, some makes sense, the resy makes no sense and I doubt it did at the time, and why were they really running from egypt? headed for who knows where based on the word of a guy who gets it from a tent....
Old testament is old and out of place and just a story about maybe how things went down over hundreds of years, genesis is a good one, and then there was this and then there was that, yep, but is it god or how the universe always works?
If you want to believe in that as a god thing, then go ahead, but you can't really put stock in what was supposedly said by people who used god as their excuse to kill and steal lands from people, go read it, they were bloodthirsty people.
The bible has pretty sketchy information on how man came to be, and if you want to really get blown away, there is mounting proof of a kind that there was a civilisation way ahead of ours that died off and then monkeys became people.
The garden of eden is a nice story, it kinda covers some stuff that otherwise can't be explained from back then, people wanted to know and asked so they made up this story, how could it have really been that way?
So the very best thing a person who wants to have religion to be is a christian if that suits you, but be a christian, not an old testament story full of grim shit and more holes than any other story told.
If jesus says that you need to ignore that old shit, then you have to do that and stop using it to justify yourselves, it's evil and wicked in more ways than it is good, only the wicked and evil use it to justify their own wicked and evil ways, like pence does.
