What do you have planned for 2018? I have a few things: - Getting my weight to a healthy zone and get treatment for my BED if it continues to interfere with my goal
- Plan and save up for Japan trip mid-2018
- Hopefully with my internship at City of Swan, I gain employment with them or at least, be a contractor with them
- Get my provisional drivers license
- Make some tough decisions on what to do bottom surgery-wise. (I'd love to live in Japan but bottom dysphoria has to be dealt with first)

Make it to 2019... I need to have a better diet and I'm working on that. I need a better diet to help take care of all the things that seem to be going wrong for me. Cholesterol is high, blood glucose is in the range of diabetic, blood pressure could be better. My knee is getting worse and now the other one is starting to hurt. Just a few more small things that seem to be more persistent than they should be. It just in general sucks to find out that you're not thirty and that old age happened overnight. There isn't much a person can do when they get old, other than get older. But hopefully a better diet will pay off and I can make that miraculous change back to being thirty again...

- better sense of self love/care - learn to control my emotions and not let them hinder me - pass all my classes with at least C or B! - better time management skills so I can balance full time school & full time work without overwhelming myself - recognize that I’m overwhelming or stressing myself out to much and taking a step back to breathe before I spiral outta control from exhaustion again - love myself more and be confident in person I am and not care what others think - practice my craft more & actively celebrate holidays on wheel of the year - have a better budget of money so I’m not stressing - know when I need to take a step back, breathe, and take care of me and not given into feeling of I need to just keep pushing and get it over with then relax. - just find happiness in the littlest things & don’t let depression or anxiety grapple me - explore myself in the sense of who I am and figure myself out more. - work on tending to my new relationship and keep it growing into a healthy one where we both are happy, open honest communication, love, and respect each other. - also be better with standing up for myself, speaking up for myself, not letting others silence me, and hold my ground better. Saying “no” firmly instead of “maybe” if I know I don’t want to do something and don’t let someone talk me into it - make sure I eat & don’t starve myself. Ignore the thoughts that tell me I eat too much, and to stop for few days - journal more to keep me grounded and not let thoughts consume me
