Still the same old shit huh.
What the fuck has Donald Trump done that is deadly to us? I get it most of the LGBT community hates him. Who told you to hate him? The democrats? Hillary? Remember both Obama and Hillary was against gay marriage before they were for it. But maybe the Democratic "newsletter" didn't mention that when the people in California voted Prop Eight down.
So Trump.... Really Ativan? I expect better from you than GD Politics. Maybe everyone is listening to "fake news" but in reality there was an LGBT night club shot up during Obama's tenure in the White House. As a tans woman that served my country in the Army, now is not a good time. In peace time oh yeah but don't expect SRS for free because the Military does not provide elective surgery and shouldn't. I did my time for you and everyone else in this country and would die for your rights and freedom of expression still to this day but I never ask for anything in return. I am eligible for VA benefits but choose not to take them because I don't want all the bullshit that goes with them. the only time I go to a doctor is when I am injured or can't beat the flu.
Oh and BTW I was in Korea and know how serious the Kims are. This was with the little round boy with the funny haircut's dad but knew and heard first hand that North Korea was offensive and South Korea was defensive in tactics. Just now is not the time. I would love to see transmen and transwomen serving in the military and they do. OMFG they do. I did and fulfilled my contract. I also went to Somalia not once but twice. I learned how to hide my wigs and most infantry knows that shaving and or trimming is more comfortable than not. The youngus are lucky now because I had to explain body shaving. Now it is more accepted.
Oh and in Korea I was a "trans bar girl" and had my wigs, dresses, lingere', and all my other girly shit off post in a room I rented. It was the same stateside that my company never even knew about.
As an openly transwoman now with our enemies, I do not want to see openly transwomen and even gays go through what our enemies may put them through. It would be instant death after torture and I do know.
We have talked before and you talk about thrills. Well those thrills that and that adrenaline rush ain't got shit. I don't talk about it but "sky dive" into a hot zone where your 'chute may get a big whole from an RPG other than the normal "exit" hole. Be shot at while defending others that hate you here in the US while belonging to the same community that hates you and all you stand for.
Being in the Army and knowing how the military works and how slow change takes within it, now is not the time. I say this as a trans woman that has been in a really hot zone twice, not once but twice to Somalia and both I volunteered. My team mate had my "letter" to my family. He would have sent it without reading it. I had his too and I would have never read it. My team mate knew my "secret" and I knew a couple of his too. I won't say though but all you folks know mine. Now. So tell me about an adrenaline rush and facing death first hand. I saw the Marine that was dragged through the dirt in Somalia first hand on a mission. We could not do shit. WTF could we do? He was dead and castrated already but it still hurts. Call in an airstrike? Yeah OK. It don't work that way. There were only two of us against a whole village possibly armed with AKs? HALOs at 35,000 feet? That is adrenaline dear. Pulling the 'cord at less than 1000 feet when you are at terminal velocity. That is a rush. Hearing an AK round hit 9 inches from your head and then hear the report? That is a rush. The fucked up thing is that I would do it all over again if need be for you and others.
My whole point being and everyone needs to think about this. I have done some shit in my life. I fought form my own right to be female with a "dick" before I joined. I have had my ass beaten for being a sissy when I was younger. I know what people do in the middle east that are extremist to gays and being trans would be worst because as much as they hate gays they want transw people to feel the pain over and over again. Then after the pain goes away due to whatever then they will be killed slowly and painfully. I don't want to see anyone go through that. I carried two rounds outside of my mags with me, anyone that was smart did, a 5.56 and a 9mm. If I did not have the guts for one then the other was there. That is a rush when there are only two of you at a time or maybe up to 6. That is a rush.
I guess what I am saying and this goes for everyone, if Trump winning is so devistating then may do some of the shit that I did. Maybe then it won't be so devistating and you can remember that life does go on. maybe then the KKK, Antifa and other militant groups may not seem so relevent and dangerous. To this day I would still die for everyone here to defend them and their rights to self expression but who can say the same? I did and would still. I may not like you but I would still die defending you and your rights. Who can say the same?
I am a tranny so I won't say what my Unit was because now is not the time. But we are serving still. We may not want to be out. I didn't want to be. It would have been nice if I could have been totally feminine but that may have defeated the pupose too since I felt I had something to prove. Korean wigs are the absolute best when I was there. Still are.
As for Kristen Beck. I respect her for who she is but why did she even open up about it? I never did and never will. I am me and that is all. I will never label my unit and use it in that capacity. The only reason I said what I did was that some think the military and the personell do not care or hate. They don't and I am proof of that. But I have nothing to prove. Either believe me or not. I don't care.
Personally I would not want to serve in a hot area as openly trans. There is no way I would want to be openly trans in a hot zone or battle field. Serving is a sacrifice an no way I want anything from the VA or the taxpayers either. But I am different. I do not want to see others that are trans go through the shit the enemies that don't follow the Geneva Convention rules would dish out.
No offense but working for the military is one thing but serving in it is totally different. I am contracted for the military now. With tucks and not my life.
So if my post triggered anyone, soory but not. Because I am the bitch that may have died for you and buried in a suit instead of a dress. Fortunately I didn't but I bet a lot of people wouldn't even care if I did.
BTW Trin. SEaL Team 6 is a famous SEaL team and when someone tells me they were in SEaL Team 6 I get red flags. SEaL Team 6 was cursed by Obama and Hillary using them as a Political ploy. No one should have heard shit about the death of Osama Bin Laden. He should have just faded away with the rest of the world wondering and the Helo that went down should have faded into Conspiracy theory infamy.
I don't get triggered. But if I was stil in my unit I would rather have a Commander in Cheif that don;t say shit and keep his mouth shut than one that would use me as a political prop.
So instead of Trump, maybe it is God destroying your life. My life has been destroyed more than five times before. It was never the president's fault. Have your son-in-law talk with me. I got some shit I can tell him. Iraq and Afghanistan is just wars. people die. That is just a fact of life. When you volunteer to die with no one even knowing how or why???? That is different. No awards or medals. Don't give a shit about them anyway. Now it is about me but back then not so much. It was all about me, you and everyone else. I am still around though. Maybe better if I would not be. That was the real rush.

If yah don't like the thread, then maybe you should just suck it up one more time, what a long winded same old same old crap about you. It isn't only you who has had to do things in their life they didn't want to do, and plenty of people do extraordinary things who never wore a uniform. Take your cry baby shit and stick it, trump is an asshole and if you don't agree, then go where someone wants to here your shit over and over. You're a one story person, you make everything about your posts about your story, no matter what it is, you have the same old story about you. It isn't about you, but you make it about you, so really, just fuck off and get a life that has something other than the same old shit, the story about you. You want to come here and call me out again with your whiny me me me story? I didn't say anything the last time you called people out and tried to belittle them, everyone was just waiting for you to go away, so why not just do that instead of telling your story over and over when it was never about you, stop taking peoples opinions and making them about your damn story, we heard it already. And it you're a deplorable supporter of trump, then go and support, he isn't exactly a popular person around here and your story isn't going to change that, nobody needs to hear it for the umpteenth time.

I wouldn't go so far as to say they are inhuman, lackeys for the rich and wanna be people who are still waiting for their trickle down big bucks. I'm not even sure if the alt right are republican anymore, I think they are just their own hate party, probably fighting over what to call it. KKK, Nazi, Sons of the confederacy,.. I'm assuming they aren't going to call it the trump party, but you never know, it falls right in line with trump TV. Maybe the FoxNews Party, the Bannon Party? Breitbart Party? White is right Party? The alt right won't work, once they become a party, then there will be even more alt righter's further out in the great beyond, political weirdness, it's hard to imagine more right than Nazi's, but hey, who would have guessed that many people fell for trumps campaign speeches...

While this isn't trump himself doing this, it is the fulfillment of one of his many campaign promises that will hurt harm devastate or simply kill people. Not only is it still a bad idea in terms of healthcare, a leading issue, because it eliminates it for the people who need it the most, it is to appease the rich who could care less because they have theirs and so what if you don't. It makes it easier for them to keep paying at a lower tax rate, essentially allowing them to not pay their fair share in the country that supported them in the same way as it does everyone, they drive on the same roads, enjoy the same freedoms and they actually make more money because they own the companies that make these kinds of things possible for everyone, they make more, want to pay less, a trump kind of vision for America. Sp here is the latest and greatest revision of the replace and repeal for ACA that actually screws everyone but the rich over the years. This is the kind of thing that makes it possible for those who are in power because of the big bucks donations to keep them there are willing to make so they have a job, even if it means screwing over America. They hide their plunder in off shore accounts, use any means necessary to gain even a little at the expense of the country, there are law firms dedicated to just that for them that the average person can't afford, a trump kind of way to get rich off the backs of the common people as they see them. Republicans, specifically those who will vote for this are the worst kinds of politicians out there, but they insist this is better when in fact it is worse than repeal alone. Take a look at how they are willing to screw you over even more than they were going to, because they had the time to figure out how to do that: They are either smart lackeys of the rich or the dumbest senators in history, it's hard to imagine they are somewhere in between when this screws the most people and only benefits those who can afford to have healthcare, which without, weakens the nation to the point that it has less money, the people are dying off so less tax money again, while it maintains driving up the tax dollars spent on the death machine of the rich, the defense system, which if we have nothing but that, why have it at all? Again priorities that are so narrow minded that it defies logic and compassion for the people that logic is supposed to be for. It makes for an insecure and unsecured future for the countries children and their children, simply because of the transfer of wealth to the very few. the imbalance of the countries wealth is staggering and this helps it to become even worse. One of the things that healthcare offers is help for those with a mental disorder, which psychologists know as a form of hoarding is the hoarding that many of the filthy rich have. It has been identified and has a name even, and there is also mental healthcare for that, but if you have the money and are hoarding it, you aren't going to spend money fixing what is wrong with you, are you? It goes against the mental disorder of money hoarding. They can afford to be mentally ill, the rest of the country can't. Like Other ACA Repeal Bills, Cassidy-Graham Plan Would Add Millions to Uninsured, Destabilize Individual MarketThere it is, the worst plan yet to come from the republican senate in their last ditch attempt to suck up to the filthy rich.

In my humble (maybe under informed opinion), my guess is that they aren't going to get tax reform in in time. This healthcare bill is a way to fulfill the tax cut promises to the upper class. The only way they can get this passed through the Senate is by a simple majority. I can't remember the exact name (reconciliation?) Other wise it would need a super majority.
The ACA isn't perfect and yes healthcare costs are rising. But right now it's better than any of the alternatives. What they should be doing is taking the ACA and making it better or better yet single payer. Why the hell can't we get single payer???? (rhetorical question).

If anyone wants to hear an honest reply form the "other side" then read on.
If not then a trigger warning.
Immigration laws are just that, laws pertaining to immigration.
No one on the right wants to see kids deported. But the issue has been kicked down the road to the other Congress and Senates. If Mexico catches someone from Guatamala, they are imprisoned. I like Mexico but I need a passport to go. If I entered illegally then I would be detained by the Mexican Government, probably charged a fine and then deported.
No one wants to see these young kids that had no choice coming here be deported. But the laws need to be written by the House of Representatives and sent to the Senate and then back to the House and then back to the Senate and the President can either sign or Veto. And then it goes back. If the law is disputed it can always go before the Supreme Court to decide.
As for the ACA, healthcare should be affordable. If anyone wants to know I am paying almost a thousand dollars per month for mine with a 5000 dollar deductible. Personally I don't want single payer because that takes away from my individuality in a one size fits all. Again this is something that should have been tackled a long time ago by people we hire to camp out on Capital Hill. Both parties are guilty. Not just one or the other.
We should hold government accountable when they do not do their jobs. Not just one party or the other but both. I have the TV on right now and I see lawyers advertising about this that and the other. TORT reform is a way to make healthcare more affordable. The mal practice insurance that doctors pay is just about even with what they make. A lot of doctors have a hard time making Malpractice insurance payments and then paying their employees and making rent. I had surgery a while back that I paid out of pocket for and it cost me 3500 dollars. I paid for everything or of pocket and that included the doctor that held the scalpel and cut me. I wrote the check out for him and that was 500 dollars. The anesthesiologist was 300 and the hospital took the biggest proportion. I may have got an infection and the hospital was responsible for the sanitation of the OR. If the hospital was found not responsible then the doctor would have been. Sometimes infections happen. Would I need to become rich for an infection that is natural? No. Insurance companies should be Interstate instead of Intrastate. Then you would not need single payer. It would make it more affordable because of the larger pool. Tort reform and understanding when the human body is opened up that no matter how sanitary it is there is still bacteria that occurs. Actual malpractice is a different story though.
See everyone hates Trump because he is the president but he is only one part of three equal parts of the US Government. A United States President is not the supreme leader. So Trump's numbers are low but the Congress' is even lower.
I have been involved with voting when I could. That was Clinton which I voted for the first time and even again. I voted Bush the second time but not the first. I voted McCain because he was like 90 in 2008 and though Sarah Palin may be the first Woman President. I didn't even vote in 2012 because I didn't care for Obama but was pushing for Herman Cain. Freakin' Romney would have been worst than Trump. In 2016 I voted Trump because he was not a groomed career politician. And if anything he is putting stuff that Capital Hill has blamed on the Executive Branch back in the Legislative Branches hands. It truly is easy to blame a president for all the troubles but what about the others that we vote for?
As the owner of a business I work with a lot of people. I don't want to be hassled with all the little details of what my drivers deal with. If so I would still drive. Five trucks are leased and the company I lease them too advises the drivers and I back them. Three trucks I have my own contracts and authority to run. My drivers make their own calls all I do is over see them and a go between. With those three trucks I am the Executive officer. But with those six drivers, they make the calls and then I either back them or persuade them.
I am in charge of my own company. And sometimes it is a give and take. Who I am contracted to is ind of like the house and senate and my drivers are like the American people. With five it is a little different but not really though because it is the company that is like the house and senate. If I don't like what the company that I leased too or the companies that I am contracted with and my drivers have a problem then I will lay it on other's hands. If it does need to go to arbitration then it can. That would be the equivilant of the Supreme Court. My job is to take care of my equipment and make it safe on the road. My drivers know what they have to do and the company I lease on with I have confronted before.
I am irrelevant in my business and all I do is write checks. That is the way it should be in the government too. But I am the executive and will be the go between to make sure it runs smoothly and make sure my drivers are not used and abused. Everyone hates Trump but Donald Trump is only one third of the equation. Trump cannot declare war on anyone, only Congress can do that. The president has no say in human rights or right laws. All the president can do is sign and executive order and congress can dispute that an the supreme court can rule on it according to the constitution.
Before anyone asks, I live in a moblile home and drive a 17 year old Jeep. I am not rich and have no desire for a big house or whatever else. I struggle and sometimes I may clear 70 grand a year and the next only 20 grand. I don't pay taxes but file them every year. In my business everything is a loss. I just bought a brand new truck and it was totally decked out with extra equipment to pull over demntional loads. That was roughly 220 thousand dollars. I have five years to pay it off. If the driver that is assigned to it fails then it falls on me. I do gross over three million per year and only clear 20 to 70 thousand? It is good though. I work for the "cabin in Arkansas" when I retire fully that has a storm shelter from tornados.
The president no matter who he or she is is like me. Just motiviating others to do their jobs. I am not on the road anymore. My drivers are and Itrust them to handle the customers whether mine or a company that I lease with.
The United States is a special country. It is totally open to legal immigration. It was founded because of religious opression and then we have been faces with racial opression and freed the country from the confines of slavery before other countries freed theirs. It sux to be trans in the US but it is still better than being trans in Russia. At least in the US I have the ability to defend myself in the way of a .380 in my purse. But then again I have broken a few laws but never stole, killed or battered someone either.
So in all honesty what country or nation is better? Yes people die from hate, laws will never change that. But some people expect too much from one president whether you agree with their political views or not. And in all honesty it is not about the Executive branch of the government but about us.
In acutality we complain about the government but we keep putting the same people in charge of the legislative branch that does write the laws back into office. Trump is nothing about writing bills into law. Any president can write as many executive orders as he or she wants but the supreme court can deem them unconstitutional and void them.
So why hate? Should we ever hate anyone that may disagree with our own views or should we open ourselves up to understand that we, all of us trans or straight, can learn from one another. Respect each other instead of attacking one another and try to see from different perspectives and actually understand them?

Again this is something that should have been tackled a long time ago by people we hire to camp out on Capital Hill. Both parties are guilty. Not just one or the other. I understand your logic on the immigration and I agree about how it is illegal. But I think something needs to be put in place as an emergency hold for anyone that was brought here as a child until an actual law is on the books. Executive Order? Something else? The problem is 16% of those Dreamers are home owners. I can't remember the percentage of those that started business and I believe it's 90%+ are adding to the economy including taxes. I think the amount was close to 60 billion dollars. To kick out that kind of economic value out I believe would hurt our country more than help it. As for the ACA, yeah it sucks. We have to pay a premium because I do not use my companies health insurance but I am on my soon-to-be ex wife's. So that's an additional $1000 a year. We are almost at $1500 a month so I feel your pain. I would love to a single payer system. 70% of people LIKE Medicare so why not give that option to all. You could also get your own outside insurance to cover Cadillac options. I want my individuality when it comes to the military but I have to pay a single payer price for that. I don't use 99% of the bridges and roads in the country but I have to pay into those. My point is with a healthcare system as popular as Medicare why not allow it. I heard an interview today that they want to give the block grants to the states but they are afraid that individual states would experiment with their own single payer system and they do not want that to happen. Big government or small government all those lawmakers need to make up their mind. Just some of my thoughts on it. :hugs: -- Jenn

I totally agree with you. You may not use 70 percent of the bridges or roads in this country but I do pay for my part. I pay IFTA on my trucks. I pay 1400 dollars per year per truck and then tires and other taxes at the pump and then all the sales tax getting work done and so on. OMG if the VA is what single payer looks like then I will pass. I can get VA benefits and my Dad loves it and I am taking care of him now but damn. I go to the doctor then I only want to wait at the most 15 minutes after my appointment time. And I just don't go to the doctor unless I am sick. With the VA they wanted me to go for a checkup every year. Even the DOT says every two years. My dad had an eye appointment at the VA in New Orleans one morning for 0815 in the morning and we got out right at 5PM. He was fine with it. When I got out then they wanted all this and all that and Jesus, I waited 30 minutes for an appointment time? I left and never looked back. It may be free but my time is worth more to me. I am different because I don't like sitting around talking to other ex soldiers about the "day". But Medicare sux. Even my dad had to pay for supplemental insurance. Medicaid is free and a lot of people use that. I have people that use it for their kids and themselves and make more money than I do per year. All I really want to do is make my own life. I don't want a McMansion in the Suburbs anywhere so I can keep up with the so called well to do rich and famous. I am happy with a mobile home right now because my hair is dry when it rains and my 17 year old Jeep gets me around. I will have a house built when I retire though but it will only be maybe two bedroom Maybe three and two bathrooms. Who knows? I may get married one day and I sure don't want my husband crapping while I am enjoying a hot bath. We would enjoy a lot of stuff I said before in other posts. Grilling and fires in the night with a fine wine even if it is homemade. LOL remember I am from Arkansas. I may not need three bedrooms but if he has kids in need then how could I deny them a place to live? I would probably still be driving the same old Jeep too with the top down and my hair in a pony. God I just got a hell of an image in my head of white hair flowing in the wind and my wrinkled face flapping. I do have a twisted sense of humor though. but seriously it is funny though so laugh. I do thinking about it even. Jesus that would be a sight.... But seriously though. My heritage is Scotch/Irish with a little Apache thrown in along with Blackfoot thrown it to make things really interesting. George Washington caused the Whiskey rebellion to pay for the revolutionary War. A lot of my ancestors hated George Washington because he had a freakin' distillery and could afford to pay the taxes and yes, we were living in the outer boundaries even back then. But we had to pay for our independence from England. So tax a "vice". The Boston Tea Party was not about taxing of tea either. It was more about cheap tea because supply outweighed demand. I am no history major because my chosen field is psychology but it is all there if you can wade through the muck. Again, this country is not perfect and no politician will ever save us from the evils of the world. What nation is? I feel really safe with my little .380 in my purse and I have pulled it once because someone knew me. He had a knife. Without my CCW he may well would have killed me. I called the cops and had a police report written up and the cops never said crap about me or disrespected me. One actually suggested I use hollow points. He was surprised when I told him that the rounds were HPs. I really don't like politics in the least. The two party system divides us when we should hold the ones we vote for liable and then vote them out. I live in a pretty liberal state but one that is red when it comes to general elections. I come from another red state that is also socially liberal. But I have the same rights as you and you as I do. Politics should not ever divide us. If not for the Second Amendment I may be in the ground and buried now with every bit of humilitation taken from me. That is as real as it gets. I have dated a cop and was almost one at one time. But the trans bug bit before the academy and when I needed to be a man at the time. So I shaved my legs and so on. It sux because everything I have done, trans has ruled it. Except for the Army and that really sucked sometimes. I could really high in the cop shop by now. But I had to shave my legs and underarms instead of the academy. I would have a pension but feelin normal was a little more improtant. But I do own a business and make more and don't need to rely on a pension when I retire too. Som amybe it hasn't been that bad. But exercise your rights. The First Amendment is no joke and the Second Amendment is no joke either. You have both rights and others like the Third, Fourth, Fifth and the others than pertain to specifically you and your life and freedoms.

You might not use a lot of the infrastructure and pay for it, but others pay for what you do use and they don't use it. The me me mentality is pure republican and it isn't just trump, it's his cesspool and the republican swamp that the country can do without. None of them, trump on down in the republican side of things is high on the list of like by the people of this country. Trump claimed, and those who didn't vote for him saw right through his BS, that he was going to drain the swamp. That's just the beginning of how he just BS's his way into office, he can't get anything done because he is an imbecile in politics. All of his boasting, and then the republicans in Washington, the spineless assholes, just figured they were going to finally get things done the way they wanted, but the realization that the country doesn't want their stupid agenda is behind the failure to launch of this presidency. Single payer of course needs to have refinement to work, there are no guarantees it will be better, but it's better than killing the healthcare of millions of people. Immigrants in this country are treated as if they are cattle, the punching bags of the trump administration and his alt right supporters. The ones who have been given rights shouldn't have them stripped away, but that's how republicans see it, if it doesn't make money for their masters, it isn't good, but a huge majority of the people are cool with it, the dreamers should be expanded, they turn out to be better citizens than the alt right are. Step back and look at what is happening with the trump administration, they are after voting rights, they are after tax breaks for the rich, the idiot in charge of the DOJ wastes his time on wanting pot illegal for the people who get medical benefits from it? What an asshole, hr doesn't represent the people, he represents his warped views and doesn't care about what the people want. The administration and the republicans in congress are what people don't like, if they call it trump, it's because he made his part of it suck, while the republican congress has sucked for over a decade, cockroaches are more popular than they are, and it isn't all politicians, it is mainly the republicans. They need to be voted out, and every time they come up with more bullshit, I'll call them out in the hopes that the trump sheep supporters realize what a mistake they made, even the defenders, they are handcuffed to the anchor that keeps on sinking, the cesspool and the swamp. But nothing is going to change so long as they ignore the way Washington is being run right now, so bitching about it is the way to invoke change at the voting booths. Don't like it, then go somewhere they like republicans, but hurry, those places are becoming extinct.

See Ativan. You are so angry but the House and Senate is made up both democrats and republicans. Neither party has been doing their jobs. For a long time now both parties jobs has been to keep their seats on capital hill. You are trying to place total blame on one party. We as a nation have not had a balanced budget and you can't blame one party more than the other because both have held majorities in the Senate and The House and never got a budget passed. They are both not doing their jobs for the country because once elected in then all they think about is reelection.
You have the same exact rights as everyone else according to the United States Constitution. But there are also private property laws too. The government can allow us to use the restroom of our choice but on private property they can not. That is up to the property owner and that includes businesses open to the public. Just because a business is open to the public for services it is still a privately owned business. There are discrimination laws due to race, gender, age and so on they have to abide by. States have the options to make their own laws for things that are not set fourth within the confines of the constitution but only when it pertains to state laws on state property. The private property owners still has the final say. There are businesses that will let you use whatever restroom as long as you look like you belong there. Support those businesses. Some businesses are going more toward unisex single private restrooms and I tend to use those no matter how I am dressed.
But the real problem that we need to figure out is how do we change society's perceptions of us? In all honesty we need to allow them to understand or perceptions but on the same token we need to try and understand theirs too. Hate from either side will never change anything and most times will make it worst. Yes we will always face hate from ignorant people. That will never change but we are gaining sympathy from good honest people and a lot of them are not on the left either.
How do we change people's perceptions, just the way we are. People like Jazz Jennings, Caitlyn Jenner, Laverne Cox and shows like Blue Bloods about the drag queen that was murdered and so on. We are becoming more mainstream and people are watching and learning. So change will never come from Legislation but rather education and acclimation. People have to realize and they are starting too.
With the so called Trans in the military, that was and executive order signed by Obama. It should have been a bill and then either signed into law to serve openly and therefore if it passed it would take two third of the house and two third of the senate to repeal it which very rarely happens. Then the next president could not sign an executive order to repeal it regardless of who it is. When Laws are passed then they can go up before the Supreme Court to decide if they are constitutional or not. But with what is set forth in the Constitution and seeing how many trans have served in the past and have served with honor and dignity I will almost bet that it would hold as legitimate constitutionally. There really is no reason to be angry because that is how the government works. Three equal Branches with specific duties from all three.
