Flattening The 'Mummy Tummy' With 1 Exercise, 10 Minutes A Day This works for everyone, it's an old exercise that body builders used to do when having a very thin waist was the thing. Arnold Hammenegger used to do it, look at really old pics of him and others from back then, they look pretty weird. But it does work, and I need to start doing it again, age is taking it's toll on me... It's pretty much just the pulling the stomach back as far as you can, like trying to touch your spine with your belly button. Do it everyday, and you will see results. Everyone I know who did this had tight stomach muscles, and even the fat there seems to melt away. Couldn't tell you how this actually works, other than I know it does. You can vary when you do it, even while walking. Even while sitting in front of the computer like right now...
