I am physically mtf trans preop.  Or full transition androgyne...same body type here.

If you have a hemorrhoid removed or sealed can you still have sex?

I am a sh'e, i need the back for intercourse even if its with someone using a prosthetic penis on me.

Surgery Monday.  I'm slowly bleeding out so its gotta happen.

Im scared.  I cant have grs because of my wife, the cost, and my career needs as an androgyne.

Thoughts?

Yes, you can once everything is healed up.

If anything, once it's healed up, it will be much better/enjoyable as there won't be any pain anymore.

Just be gentle and use lots of lube *but if you are experienced in this, I'm just preaching to the choir

I'm sorry for the pain you are going through, it must be terrifying to be constantly bleeding from that area. I hope the surgery goes swimmingly.

The back refers to the rectum area where haemorrhoids can happen due to chronic constipation or in Trinity's case, injury from something that was too large. Trinity is AMAB and doesn't have female genitalia, (h'er body is wired like one though) I'm sure sh'e would be flattered that you thought so
