Starting the process to get low dose E. Hoping that it will help in a number of areas but even if it doesn't I can at least say I tried.

Stopped low dose last Nov, am planning on starting them again when I move next. The environment here is not easily acceptable to the idea of low dose.

I really don't think I could handle it. I mean I have all my head hair, big enough boobs, extremely emotionally sensitive, way more feminine than masculine. Hell add E to the deal and I may note even need SRS because my thing might spontaneously change into a Vagina. I mean usually people pick up on things and most people have seemed to pick up is stuff about me that I used to try to hide.

Waiting to start until permanent facial hair removal is complete. Hopefully, I will have also lost more weight by then. I may reevaluate if I even need it then. I don't have bad dysphoria, and most of the things I don't like about my body, HRT isn't going to change. The only real reason I might want it is that it might slow my male pattern baldness, though there are other options for that.
I will of course need it if I decide I want SRS, though I don't know I need that either, I think about it a lot, but really the facial hair stubble is the main thing that is preventing me from living as Veronica. If I had SRS now, no one would know unless I told them and people would still treat me as a feminine man.

If I had SRS now, no one would know unless I told them and people would still treat me as a feminine man. There are things like herbal supplemets that you can take to slow or even stop MPB. DHT, more than just plain old T is the reason for MPB. If it is bad then see your doctor about a prescription for clinical strength Rogaine. If its not that bad then start taking Saw Palmetto herbal supplements. Saw Palmetto actually reduces the DHT production in your body. I have been taking it since I was in my 30s. I mean on the bottle it says for women not to take it. Plus it helps with prostate health so a win win. Hell don't feel so bad because I see plenty of women with thinning hair. I will say that I am extremely sensitive about my hair and the way it grows and parts naturally in the back I have been watching it since I was in my 20s and no big changes. Yeah when it is and has always been wet it sometimes looks thin but that is from the growth pattern and not from thinning. Another thing that trips me out is washing it and conditioning it. But natural hairfall is 60 to 100 hairs a day and I have way less than that. I am so freakin' vain that I actually count my hairs that fall out while washing. Parting it in different places like sometimes on the right or the middle or the left and either a deep part or a part right above the eyes will help. When you have longer hair and part it in the same place all the time then that hair gets sort of stressed maybe and will break easier. But if you go the natural way then it may take up to a month or two for the body to absorb enough of the supplements. You may not see results for up to 6 months to a year. But if the MPB has gone too far, HRT won't even help. then you have to go the Rogaine deal or other venues. Facial hair does suck though. You can get a close shave, close enough to make you face as smooth as a baby's butt. But you have to condition your skin and if you are of middle eastern decent with olive skin then it may be hard to hide it at 5 O'clock. I am of white decent, Irish and English with a little Native American mixed in. But shave every day. Shave twice, once with the grain and the second time against it. Use conditioner and shaving cream first and then just conditioner. Never use cheap or disposable razors though. going laser is definitely in the end cheaper 20 bucks for a five pack of 5 bade razor cartridges which usually last me about a month. These are just some ideas that may help.

Yep; finally got onto a good dose for me two years ago. Also no more dose changes (after more than a dozen changes, up and down, in the first 4-5 years.)

Maybe someday. No HRT for me now. I'm taking things slowly and still researching.

On oestrogen since April this year. On gnrh agonists to stop my testosterone since about May.
My mood and general well being has improved so much since then. It's miraculous really.
I have a second birthday now. My oestrogen birthday - April 7th.
If I ever have bottom surgery then I'll have a third birthday too.

I wish I could pick and choose. I want the fat redistribution and muscle definition of T. I do not want the facial hair (hair anywhere else is fine). I don't know how my voice would change. I wouldn't mind it being deeper but not completely.
