Today my wife said that I already looked like a woman! I pushed back and said that this was incorrect as I was still clearly male, even though I was a little andro ... still it got me thinking. Do others see more than we do? Or, are comments like this designed to slow us down and stop us changing as they are feeling uncomfortable?
I like presenting as more andro, but I really do think that I have a long way to go before I am gendered as a woman... still her comments made me smile, I know and feel that I am on the right path.
Safe travels
Aisla

Safe travels Aisla Ahhh the wonder of the feminine psyche. I love women.... Both darling. All of it, some of it, wives hyperaware of every change. Welcome to full dose you are right on time lol. And elves are striking and yummy creatures indeed. *blows kiss, flies off remembering she got her shot last night*

My parents seem to notice when I'm happy and more so when I'm sad, because they are used to me being happy/chipper most of the time. They don't really bring gender into the equation.
I notice I'm being read as female in general public, most people seem to look at me and look very confused (I love it ) they assume girl, then when I speak, I can see their minds being blown haha. I'm seen as male in the classroom as many people know my name as Jason and um, due to reputation, my drawing skills got noticed and spread around I've heard some of my lecturers call me Jacey as a nickname(?) and I LOVE IT but then the classmates correct them like "It's Jason." I might mention to them to call me Jacey as a nickname soon. I really want to push the boundaries on what I wear to class, I'm fairly neutral nowadays, I get away with wearing women's shorts that stop mid-thigh and make my butt look DAMNNN GOOD, if I say so myself!
I want to push being more feminine outwardly in appearance but at a slow subtle pace that it becomes natural.

I think it's fairly easy to read into what we want to see. Sometimes it's hard to see past such things. It's more than just trans, it's about expectations that we have. Drawing attention to negatives for other peoples eyes is bullying. Drawing attention to ourselves is vain. Both of those are apparent when pushed to extremes, but it's pretty easy to have a perception that moves in those directions. To have yourself brought to your attention by others perceptions can be purely innocent, questioning. Certain aspects can stand out more to some than they do to others. Another one of the complexities of the mind. We just don't easily see someone or something, our personal perceptions often obscure reality.

Safe travels Aisla She sees the woman in you, she is very perceptive like most women are. You and I only see Shan and and Aisla looking back at us from the mirror, it's just the way it is.
