"A team of explorers travel through a wormhole in an attempt to ensure humanity's survival."
Interstellar is a sci-fi film, although the director reportedly said it is a love story.
Have you seen it?
Thoughts? Criticisms?
I have seen it and I feel it is my favorite sci-fi movie to date. It feels like a strong possibility that this movie may become a reality in the future?
Also, binary code made an appearance in the film. It made me smile and think of all the discussions we had using binary code.

Looks interesting, I'm a sci-fi nut too! Is it something in the theaters currently or is it a TV film?

I have to see it then! I bought a ROCU and have been catching up on a lot of series and movies I've missed for free via wifi and Amazon Prime streaming, so I haven't been on top of what is even recently out at the theaters. I did pre-purchase a "Sniper" DVD which will be available in March, I think Clint Eastwood is gifted as a movie maker. I really loved "Grand Torino," my spouse said that the character he played reminded her so much of me several years ago before I mellowed out, kind of a prickly bastard.

Almost three hours long, jeez! Nice thing about DVD's on a big flat screen at home is that you can stop it, take a break and come back later and there's no obnoxious people around you rattling popcorn bags, talking, texting or stepping on your feet with their ass in your face as they make an emergency run to the loo.

Yep, totally agree. I usually download a movie, then plug USB stick into TV and watch it while sweating on treadmill. I wish I could do treadmill for 3 hours, lol. Beginning (first 40 mins) were kinda slow, but I am looking forwards to continue watching it this evening .

Almost three hours long, jeez! Darlin', that's what Scotch and winter nights were invented for.
