Snow McNally has posted the following as a guide to achieving a successful androgynous presentation. The famous eye liner pencil makes an appearance! www.snowmcnally.com/2013/07/25/trans-survival-guide-passing-vs-androgyny/ Hope that this link works. It is from their transition blog of July 25 2013 Any other tips as to how to achieve that elusive look? Safe travels Aisla

Interesting article, skinny jeans, women’s t-shirts, cardigans, jackets and jumpers. I wear skinny jeans whenever I can, but haven't really tried wearing women’s t-shirts, cardigans, jackets and jumpers outside the house much. I seem to go ultra femme, in both style and color when I buy clothes from the women's department, which may be a big part of it...

She looks familiar! I'm into skinny, slim fit jeans and women's tops and T's. I found a little lady who had her own small tailoring shop and took a couple of solid color men's tapered shirts I like and had her remove the collars and tails so I could wear it sleeves rolled to just below the elbows, untucked and open down the front with a woman's cotton/spandex tank. Seems like a lot of work but paid off as the tapered look accentuates the shape and the peekaboo effect draws people's gaze completely away from my fairly masculine looking face.

i mix between agender and androgyny. Shorts, sweat pants, yoga pants, wide leg pants for bottoms.
Polos, tunics, blouses, and t-shirts with layered open shirt for tops.
A few cute dresses, I never use them. whisper

I have a collection of women's Henley shirts and a few V - necks I like to wear unbuttoned over a colored tank or bra which gives off a visual NB vibe. Not sure that would give off a NB vibe with me…I have recently played around with tops a bit more, but, in general, they are still not really working with my body. It's funny, I can squeeze into size small junior's shorts, but even XXL tops sometimes don't fit…I do need to lose a lot more weight, but for now, baggy shirts work much better with my skinny jeans.
