Is there anyone else here who doesn't really know?
I have no idea what my gender is, I am just trying to live my life and explore what happens.
I hope to be happy and healthy

Personally, I have an inner sense of being female.I doubt that feeling sometimes because there are times when Im alright with my body and other times I want a male/androgynous body. But all in all it never shifts from being female. So personally, I can't relate.
But. There are people out there who question their gender identity and also people who are just straight up Agendered. So I doubt your alone in your feelings.

Hi Leki, Yes, I felt that way for so long.! Like something was just Out of place inside me.
I have to admit, I tried way to hard at first when I realized there were many genders, to find mine, to try and figure out "what" I was.?
I think i drove everyone here crazy for a while..
For me anyways, I've found it more important just to try and be me, be the person that makes me happy, then look inward and put it into words or a label that feels comfortable..
I'm not really concerned with labels much now, its much more important just to be me, be able to show and act as the true person I have always been, and its more enjoyable too..
I know its more complicated than just that, but those are the basics to me, as I understand it..

Is there anyone else here who doesn't really know? I have no idea what my gender is, I am just trying to live my life and explore what happens. I hope to be happy and healthy Well I guess that depends. Internally in the way of thinking, emotions and so on I am more female than male. The body has the male parts but has certain female points to it too. What am I though. I'm just me. I went through all the other stuff like trying to decide this or that and even thought about moving to Trinidad CO while I was in the military. But life had other plans. I don't think it really matters Much about what you are. MTF, FTM, binary, non binary, GQ, Androgynous or anything else I didn't mention as long as you are true to yourself and be the best you that you can be. It will come to you so just live your life, explore your innermost self and then decide. You can go low dose HRT, Full HRT, SRS or you can transform the outside to fit more the inside but it is all up to you and you have to make that decision. Sorry I wasn't too much help.

Best advice: just take things slowly. I'm still not sure myself, that's after being thinking about everything for like years now, all the time in the last year or so, that's being in therapy and everything else. I been on this journey for most my life though, just never really asked myself why, I just went with it. But ya, take things slow, try something if you want to, if you find out you like it, continue, if you don't, then stop. You don't HAVE to do anything, just do what you like and what you are comfortable with.

i've been thinking i'm some sort of transsexual for around half my life, but i've also voted against it many times. the last few years, i've been thinking more seriously about it, and come to the conclusiom that concluding is not necessary. i'm usually not sure what i really am. sometimes i'm perfectly sure of it, but those times are few and long between. maybe i really am ftm transsexual. but i feel no need to identify as such, and i don't want to go through the standart ftm transition. i do want adapted ftm transition though. that alternative where i'm allowed to set the pace and mke the decisions on what to try and whether or not to stop.
still doesn't answer the question of what gender i am. but the gemder itself isn't all that important. what matters is how you want to deal with it.

I agree with the others. When I first started exploring my gender, I got all obsessed and upset with it. It felt like I couldn't see the forest for the trees. So I wrote every day about what gender I felt like and how I felt about it. That way, I was able to look back and see a pattern emerge. To be honest, I'm still not entirely sure what I am. Or rather, I have a pretty good idea of what I am, but don't necessarily know what to call it since several terms could work. At the end of the day though, it doesn't really matter.

i jumped from being just a curious child, to crossdresser, to confusion and unknown, to possibly latent homosexual, to transsexual, to genderqueer, to androgyne, to intergender, to non-binary, to androgyne.
i guess that it don't really help. just try and refine, then define, then reevaluate from time-to-time. it just shows one persons journey. whisper
