Took Shan's advice for the waist/thigh measurement thingie. Seeing the numbers drop on the waist/thigh measurements is exciting! Still want to weigh myself though

Ativan I'm gonna try that suck it in exercise. My overall health weight should be 146 at 5 9.
The tummy is a source of dysphoria.
I was taught in theater to always relax the stomach. I need to relax the diaphragm and tight the stomach.
Relaxing the diaphragm reduces stress and releases emotion, it also drives the chest resonator adding depth and richness to voice.

It is fun!
I do the suck the tummy in thing when I'm walking and my body automatically does it while I am doing push-ups. The burn is so good! Muscles I didn't know existed came alive on fiyahhh!
This thread is good! Should I make a Fitness section? Would be great to help encourage healthy habits

Edit....lol sucking my gut in is making my Tits stick out at work The idea is to hold it in as tight as possible, if you can't keep holding it, stop and take a break. It works best if you can keep holding as far back as you can actually push it back by hand, fist, whatever. It's hard as hell at first, but it really doesn't take long to build it up. The problem that most people have and it gets worse as you age, that you aren't actually getting fat there so much as people just allow those muscles to lose shape. I have very little fat there, and right now, mostly because of my age, but also sitting and not doing much of anything all winter has allowed those muscles to slack off. It sticks out, no two ways about it. But I know it will come right back, I've been doing this for years. If I start lifting weights, my muscle tone will come right back, and if I up the weight and reps, the muscle will build back up as well. Spent the day kayaking, granted I just floated and watched the light making little rainbows across the bottom for quite awhile (very nice to see). I can feel it in my waist on up, I did do a few sprints, half mile or better, a few times. You can breath, you'll get used to it. You do have to hold it in as tight as you can and relax the second you can't hold it. Rest and then go at it again. That's the key, is to hold it in as absolutely as tight as you can, painful kinda tight. it does make your chest look bigger, your waist is getting smaller. Boobs, that's up to you to do, I got no boob exercise's, lol.

It was weird but it was funny at the same time

My camo shorts were tight around my tummy now this morning they are a comfortable fit! I'm so close to my original weight of 84kg when I saw the surgeon for my first consultation in 2012.
Edit: I put 46kg instead of 86kg, that's the last time I use my mobile to update weight loss stuff!!

Course I'm kinda sedentary with only an hour a day at the gym and have a very slow metabolism. I finally figured out the caloric values of things and realized why I was such a lard ass after holidays in past years because during family holiday get togethers, thanksgiving and Christmas it wasn't uncommon to have a 2000 calorie snack of hors d'oeuvre prior to dinner, drinks then dinner and desert and then wonder why I couldn't fold in the middle to sit down afterwards.

I would too...1900 cals and some heavy labor for an hour. Should hold. Carried a couple 4+6+10s into our backyard, it's hot, etc. 17 hour day, one lunch break. So, should hold steady. I work my balls off. That's worth a couple hundred off the top.. Now where did my girl gender run away to.... Bedtime approacheth, nylon on nylon... 1800 is maintained goal. I still drink about ten cups of coffee daily. No booze no cigs...compulsive coffee drinker.

Plan today
Reduce from 5 egg whites to four. Half the cheese. One slice toast.
Go from three ham and cheese sandwich to two. Replace one with oatmeal. Eliminate cheese.
Replace candy with an Apple and an orange.
Eat a 500 to 700 dinner.
Intake projected...1800 max
I eat small every two hours
Cal goal today is 1500 weight cut .25 to .5

I lost 35 lbs prior to hrt...172 to 138 , by cal deficits 2 days a week back to back, then 2000 4 days and Sundays were binge days.. I also did a 2 mile walk in 80 degree weather either morning or nights.. up a hill.
Lost the walking, no time.. I have bad habits, I used to pray every morning, now i post. I need to fix that like..right now.
Anyway, those are the tips that work for me. The two mile hill was worth a 350 fat burn.
Switched mayo to fat free dressing, made a salad.
Burn, baby,,burn those fat cells off!! Dysphoria is kicking in, this gut must go!!!!
