153 Started thyroid meds First dance routine in 6 months, first time I have had the energy. Full set. Stopping chocolate dark candy, stopping night sugar cereals.
Lets see if that stabilizes it or brings it down.
Big difference. Hope when I cut this down I still have 34bs and not as or the little dart thing going on again.
Whatever, has to come off, could overshoot again and then add a few, that could help the figure if done right with the right foods.
Here we go again.
But without getting the thyroid working again, it was pretty hopeless to try to handle this stuff, I just gave up.

Almost back to pre-HRT weight. It is distributed a lot differently than back then, but a lot of the weight I gained back still went to the stomach. I'm a little afraid my bra size will go down if I take my weight low enough to get rid of the stomach fat, though I'm a little curious as to how I'd look if I went down further than my lowest weight last year.

I used to drink a lot of Captain Morgan's spiced rum, you know the secret spice in it? It's just vanilla. But then there was vanilla coke back then and I used to drink that as well, until one day it dawned on me that the rum and cokes I drank tasted a lot like Captain Morgans, so tried some other regular rum with a splash of vanilla on the top and viola! Captain Morgan's.. duh... Also figure out the recipe for Buffalo wings that the bar I went to after work served up, rated the best in the cities for years, all it took was ordering the family size platters of them most every night I stopped in there and then paying off the cook one night for the recipe. Same as regular Buffalo Wings except more vinegar and more sugar, same old Franks Red Hot sauce, from the original real Buffalo Wings. I was so used to making them and eating them at the bar that I bought the bulk size plastic containers that were like a half gallon of Red Hot, sometimes I just drank a few swigs from the bottle because it just wasn't that hot anymore. I could drink straight up Tabasco sauce like that as well back then, now I get heartburn just thinking about it. But Cholula hot sauce on my chicken is the best.

Started eating just a salad for lunch a few weeks ago. Bra size actually went up by cycling like this.
I really just want to look good in a bikini top and shorts, still not quite there.

I changed up my diet and cut as much carbs as possible, carbs are not an essential nutrient or anything else for us, we can get better fiber from veggies. But b stopping tha glucose factory of my body trying to process the don't need carbs, it has been slowly changing over to a fat burning factory, and i'm losing the gut at long last, it just showed one day after eating ice cream every night for nights on end. Fatty liver, fat around all the vital organs in the body, sucking the energy they need to work away while processing the useless carbs, I haven't been losing weight, and yet I am losing that gut like crazy. It pays to change up your diet on a random sort of way, and its been proven that just fasting once in a while for eighteen to twenty-four hours resets a lot of the body systems. But the more I look at keto vids and the leading experts on that crap, the more I am aware that I need some supplements and a better diet, so its all olive oil and occasional MTC oil in my morning coffee to kick my ass up and out of this chair. But feeling better and looking better, that long haul took it out of me, I was seriously thinking I am going to die soon, like very soon, now I'm much more back on the path that seems like I am going to live forever again. I'm losing weight on my gut, I'm getting stronger again, I have lots more energy and my moods are way better most of the time, the daily sloggin through doom and gloom is not a thing anymore, might actually be becoming happy but I didn't say that... They told me a few short years ago to get used to the idea that my legs were never going to get better, but they are, and my lipids are way better now, and I;ll find out for the last year next month at an annual checkup. But everything they told me was easy enough to restart and reset, to change it up, I am expecting that the calcification in my main arteries to be next to nothing compared, the goal is to rejuvenate and redo, get ready for the next big adventure in my never ending journey. I was told I was going to have to have a total knee replacement by now, and you know what... I don't use a knee brace anymore and hardly ever feel much more than a twinge that feels like it is going to hurt and yet it doesn't. They told me to expect my type II to go full blown diabetes by now, I am pretty sure I beat they type II back to wherever it cam from, I have defied their odds and more, now watch me get run over by a loggin truck crossing main street.....

My hair is looking good, still a lot of grey, but not losing it like I was in the long haul, it is getting longer all the time and thicker, hardly anything in the brush after brushing out the snarls from rolling around in my sleep, or those pesky shadow people just messing with it while I sleep. I'm thinking it has been growing so much that by the end of summer it just might reach my ass, it never ever got that long before but its growing that good, I use a little, and I mean it takes very little, Jojoba oil to give it shine and body, its a joy to brush it again, its just this little self satisfaction of I got longer hair than most people can ever get.

Unfortunately my knee blew up like a balloon in the last couple of days. I kneeled on something while working on a floor.
Still, game on. I just don't want to lose any breast mass, the gut however is just dumb again.

Two totally different types of fat, gut bulge is layers of fat surrounding and choking off the main organs of the body and while boobs are important because.. boobs.. they are not a major organ your body needs to survive. Liver fat is the worst, but right up there is the layers of fat that surround the rest, they end up in an epic battle of survival for the nutrients they need. BMI isn't so much a thing as it is an indicator, but right now they are using just waist size alone as a bigger indicator of how fast you are killing yourself, ever see those skinny people with still a bulging gut, it isn't lack of muscle there, its fricken fat choking the life out of them. You can easily lose gut fat and really, if all else being equal, which you can also do, your bobbs could end up actually getting bigger, those are globs of fat from eating tons of carbs that have nowhere to go so the body converts them to gut fat, the long term storage locker. Good way to lose a lot of gut fat is just to fast one day a week, and no you won't run out of energy, you have lots of it tied up in fat that is cloggin up the basic functions of virtually everything your body needs to be healthy. Cutting cake is one thing, but you need to not cut just certain things like cake, you need to cut carbs down to the point that your body converts its processes over to fat burning, you can actually eat a lot of fat and you should be eating way more fat than carbs. Your natural body functions use fat as its energy source, but when it gets used to having to deal with a diet of too many carbs, it has to convert those to glucose and then when it can't find a use for it, it gets stored as fat layers in the long term storage. Just like cleaning out the attic and basement and garage is not going to get done in a day because its a sort and throw and then haul some back to where it sat doing nothing for years again, it takes time and eating more carbs and sugars and the absolute worse, high fructose additive as hell drinks. Your body can be busy fighting the gut leakage that way to many people have to a degree that its a wonder they don't die from it, the walls of your gut start to weaken and yep, they leak shit right into those layers of fat, you are in perpetual degrees of infection. Chocolate is good for you in small enough amounts, just keep it as dark as possible and no, fuck no, dark chocolate M&Ms are not dark enough and besides, that candy coating... its fricken sugar and it isn't dark enough. You can find recipes online to make your own dark chocolate and I have, I get overwhelmed with chocolate cravings but I eat very very dark chocolate, the bitterness keeps me from over eating it, like a couple squares of a bar size bar of it is enough for you to get the bennies from it and there are so long as you don't try to live on bowls of it while watching netflix. Stich over to eating stuff like almonds and walnuts, cashews are not the best but far better than breakfast cereals, eat a frick carrot or orange or berries especially of all kinds, stay away from fruit juices, they are just fructose flavored bad you you, whole fruits of whatever juice you like is better and it doesn't slap your diabetes in the face and cause glucose spikes like juice does, have you ever just sat down and ate raw veggies? Peas are loaded with carbs but taste good and the fiber is hella good for you, green beans are just fine and actually taste better to me than cooked ones, almost all veggies are like that, pea pods are like eating candy, use some dark green (iceberg lettuce is bogus zero nutrition) leafy crap and slice up some odd veggies and even mushrooms, which in general taste a lot better raw than cooked, the choices are easy and stopping the shit for food is even easier, you just have to make the choice to either be dying a slow and usually painful death and rest of your life with inflammation and god only knows what else is going to go wrong next, or just eat better and give up the crap carbs, carbs are not a nutritional thing of any value at all, you get plenty and he's the thing, think you are going to run out of glucose? won't happen, if your body needs it, it just easily converts fat into it and sends it where it does some good, have to much glucose, it easily converts it to fat and send it to long term storage and for most people they don't have the key to get into the long term so they just obviate and die of fat poisoning or something like that, see all those fat people waddling around, they are almost always eating and drinking the wrong things, you'd think carrying that extra weight would be like exercise, but not when you are walking along the beach with an ice cream cone in each hand, being pissed at the fit looking people who can actually jog and don't need the two handed ice cream cone crutches, it just amazes me, like someone here put out ice cream cartons as give away food, a common thing to see in the common areas in this building, but I see this guy pick one up and he had to actually bend at the knees because his gut was in the way and I just commented the fat gut is from eating shit like ice cream, he looks me straight in the eye and says he has to eat ice cream or his blood glucose gets to low, says he has to make sure it doesn't drop below 30. I just laughed at him for trying to lie to himself by lying to me, go right ahead and just keep on eating food like that and wonder why it is harder and harder each year to just get up off the coundh to turn the TV off and go for a walk. You can and should have a diet with fat in it and just not tran fat, that shit they make margarine out of and put in everything they can and lie over and over by saying it isn't exactly tran fat, its partially trans fat, same fricken difference, its hydrogenated and you might as well just shoot it directly into your veins and then the arteries and finally your brain and then if you can still think long enough, into your heart, jus drown in the shit, get it over with and make more space in the world for others. I have been slowly changing over my diet and I am going faster all the time in making changes and it shows, having to deal with the long haul shit from covid just made it a thing once I felt like I wasn't going to for sure die, it felt like it day after day. But I had already changed up a lot of stuff before that, and now its going more on hell bent to just clean my own clock and get as healthy as I can, so fricken sick of being sick and I didn't even know the half of it until it started to just get better, I failed myself in a lifetime of eating wrong, but I can get a lot more out of life and so can any of you, just cut the crap and excuses and eat right and exercise, know what you are eating, because its the only thing going in that you get, stop poisoning yourself with worthless calories and then making up excuses, like too low of glucose, yah sure... Here is a part of my long term plans, every time I hear another bigot going off on bigot things, I am not going to tell them they are wrong, I am going to tell them they sound like their blood sugar needs a boost and recommend another couple three or four Snickers bars with a slab of trans fat on the side. I mean really, they are in that class of people who refuse to get vaccinated and now the mutations are getting worse and I don't give a fuck if they want to die for being stupid, but damn, they already killed over 600,000 americans alone with their incredible stupidity, I think we should feed them the wrong things and speed up stupid for them so they simply die off, they still have the choice, but damn if they are going to be making the choices for others. Move to TX so you can build a wall around the state and carry as many fricken guns as you like, even when you are not sure which way the bullet thing goes in so that it come out when you yank on that lever thing on it. I swear far too many of those people don't even realize that they have to buy ammo to make them work, and the right ammo, it isn't a one size fits all, but their one kind of stupidity seems to work for them all.
