150.
Good news is the boobs actually look like boobs and might be B cups.
Bad news is that the stomach looks pretty big.
Legs are bigger.
With all the health stuff I'll be happy if I can just maintain and eat healthy so that I feel better.

Took a bra measurement. Pretty happy with this, its a solid 34B. I do wish it was a C cup, but this is acceptable and very easy to hide since I socially present as nonbinary male much of the time except where I feel safe to be full out sh'e.
Just doesn't seem to bother me as much any more.
I should check my hips some time... still have a gut though.

202.1
Gaining 5 pounds unfortunately resulted in a larger stomach and not any larger breasts by my measurements. The 38C bra I got last month fits perfectly, so I guess I really can't complain. Getting less hopeful I'll ever make it to 38D though.

I have been on it for almost a year now. It did take me from an A cup to a C cup. Things kind of have been stalling out again since late summer though.
It's OK though, I'm fairly content with things as they are. I had hoped gaining weight back would help, but since it doesn't seem to, I'd rather go back to where I was a few months ago. I'm sure if I gained a lot more back, I'd get that D cup, but I don't know that I'd be happier overall if I did that.

I personally wouldn't. What is important to me is to have the rounding. I am just over the male moob mark, 34A or 34B depending on what I wear, its a big source of dysphoria. C cups would be heaven for me and if I ever did top enhancement I"d shoot for that. But I will be content with what I have, or at least, greatful for them.
Losing weight makes some changes. Mine get really pointy when I do that, not much on top, so no cleavage at all and that triggers me. But there are other ways, and bra tricks.
I wore a push up last night with some heavy padding, why not, women wear them so why shouldn't I, its not a drag thing its a common thing for females. Not fake... they aren't fake women, I'm not a fake transperson, so I should be entitled to wear somthing other than unlined, which is my standard - I wear pretty shear stuff up there, or at least, not with that anti-man barricade where it feels like you grabbed a cardboard box....
Rambling. You look really good, either way, you win.

231 lbs. Down from 234 last week. I'm back to longer workouts, 3 days a week. I hope to see some better results soon. I may be gaining muscle more than I'm burning fat at this point.

Takes more muscle to move that fat around until it starts to disappear, most exercise to lose weight actually gains in muscle mass at least for a while, but a tone look is a good look, so keep on keeping on....

111,7 kg I'll update here, maybe it helps me to stay strong... I've tried so often to lose some weight but never got very far. I know where it comes from: to less activity and sometimes stress eating, dangerous mix. So my plan is to go out more often for a walk and I am trying intermittent fasting to learn to keep myself from overeating.

Losing weight by trying one or two things might work to some extent, but its the overall aspects of it. Cutting portions and fasting are good, exercise is good, walking is a good way to just feel better and when you feel better it is easier to stay on course with the other things. Walking is the beginning of more exercise, it doesn't peel off the weight, but it makes other forms of exercise that much easier to do. Instead of taking like thee escalator or elevator, walk the stairs because you can, these kinds of things, and once the habit of walking is established, then it isn't that much farther to walk faster and harder, brisk walking is the core of good exercise. But the overall is not in being dependent on one or several things, it has to be a conscious effort, which gets easier as you go, to work all the facets of healthy, not just weight loss, which isn't going to make you healthy in itself, it takes seeing it from all directions and making the effort from all directions. A couple years ago I had become just a mess of can't get a couple blocks and even one block some days walking without my legs giving out. Dr just kept saying it was likely to get worse, and even had for a second time work done on my arteries in my legs, which they insisted were just going to get worse. This covid thing has cut back on my ability to go for the walks I wanted to take, but by adjusting my diet in various steps and in healthy ways that were mainly not eating crap and eating even the foods I didn't like but were better for me, I walk without problems and can't wait for spring to get here to get back out on the trail again, but it wasn't just eating right, in every waking moment when I even considered that I might not be able to walk, I just maintained this attitude that yes I am, and let the right things follow in place of that thinking. My blood tests came back with a lot less of the bad and a lot more of the good, and I suppose changing my diet was a lot of it, but I won't be going back to the foods I liked so much before, they don't even sound good anymore, this is the positive thinking levels that make a difference. I still eat some crap food watching movies, but even that is so much less than it was, one more cheese puff just makes me stop and think I don't even really want it and am eating it out of habit, this is how thinking it through and staying true to myself to get healthier than I have been in years. I find myself drawn to articles on the internet about the things that are make and break healthy, and instead of just collecting the knowledge I need to maintain, I let it soak in and instead of actively reading up on stuff, I just note the various articles and do what it takes. No program to achieve this and no goal setting, just changing eating habits and getting what exercise I can, maintaining the positive attitude that no matter what it takes and how long it takes, I am going to be healthy and live a better life for it, the ultimate goal here, to live better.

202.8
I think I do want this to go in the other direction. I felt so much better when I ate better and exercised more. While I do have some concerns that I may look more masculine if I lost a lot of weight, I can at least get back to where I was last year.

For a moment I forgot that you don't use kilograms over there but something else, haha. Apparently I'm 105 pounds 🤔
