Not as long as the insurance companies can have rip off policies and deny care at will, which is common as hell, one little thing and they deny things unrelated. One payer healthcare system for most people, if your income is low or average, you qualify, if you are in that upper bracket that has most of the money, then fuck you pay through the nose, you can afford to own your own hospital and probably do. The health insurance in this country sucks big time because you are expected to pay for groups of Drs you probably didn't even see, surgeons that never did the surgery, consultants you were never consulting or consulted by. Medicare for all with expanded big time coverage is what will save thousands from bankruptcies every year, the number on cause is because of the for shit medical coverage you get vs what you paid for. We can afford in this country the best medical care available because we are one of the richest countries, we don't need to win a war, we need to be technologically superior when we can and have the healthiest people when we can. It's like why do we have staving children and homeless people, non-livable wages for shit jobs and who the fuck says we can't have unions, the rich and powerful are just so full of shit and republicans are the easiest to fool and harder to convince they have been fooled..... And somebody needs to take Bexo's dildo rocket and shove it up his ass. Him and all the rich assholes in this country are doing nothing with all their money but having a circle jerk off.

I was wondering does non binairy persons need surgery's at all, can we also be happy and have a good life without out surgery's? I guess it depends if there's dysphoria and to what extent. Personally, I don't experience dysphoria and I'm terrified of surgery, so even if I did have dysphoria, it would have to be a lot to override that fear.
It also depends on the specific gender identity. With mine, I think it makes more sense that there isn't dysphoria. Having a large agender component to my gender identities means that there is nothing for the binary genders to conflict with. I simply feel that while people may see a female, that isn't the whole picture. I have a certain degree of gender apathy and don't really care if they don't see the whole picture. When it comes to gender expression, I have no strong sense of gender to express in the first place, I'm familiar with being perceived as female and it would feel weird not to be. I feel the same way about gender as my sexuality. I'm bi and that's true whether I'm in a same-sex or different-sex relationship. I'm genderqueer and that's true whether I'm presenting as feminine or masculine or both or neither.
If there was a part of me that I could change with a magic wand rather than surgery, I would opt for smaller breasts, because although they don't make me feel dysphoria, I find them annoyingly impractical and I would like the option to wear suits and be more masculine-presenting without my chest changing the fit completely.
