Hello all.
As you can tell from the title of this thread I am a new member of this forum!
I've been non-binary for practically as long as I can remember even though as a kid I didn't know the name of it. As such I've been harassed quite a bit and had to end up re-closeting myself for the sake of safety. This is an effort to be more open and comfortable about my gender identity and expression. I am AFAB and rarely ever feel like the girl I was born as. I use the long term of 'Non-Binary Transmasculine' since I feel more like a guy than a girl most of the time but I do also feel neutral about my gender as well. To keep things concise I just call myself 'Non-Binary' as I'm sure many of you can relate to. I do want to get top surgery one day to help with my gender dysphoria and to feel like the more masculine person I am.
I am also an aromantic/asexual person with an account on AVEN. I go by a different username on there than here. Just ask me if you wanna be my friend on there as well as here! Sorry if I'm not allowed to talk about other forums on here whoops
I would love to make other friends that are in a similar boat as me! Just know my mental disorders can make it hard for me to talk all the time and I can accidentally come off as cold even though I don't intend to be. I apologize in advance for that. Feel free to PM me to start a chat!
Well that's it when it comes to my introduction! I hope to hear from some of you soon. Stay safe

Hi Haku!
It's OK to talk about other forums here. I lurked on AVEN a little bit after finding it somehow, but don't consider myself aromatic or asexual so I never joined.
I sometimes come off as cold too. I'm super shy in person.

Hey there. Glad to have you. I'm also an AFAB person who ID's as a good percentage of man. It varies daily. I'm kind of a gray asexual myself, out of necessity of keeping my relationship, and I occasionally do enjoy some release as more of an upkeep thing. I'll be getting my top surgery in about 2 months. Kind of scared about that.
I'm not on Aven, my bf would flip his gourd. His 'ideal' relationship status is sex twice a week. :\ Mine is whenever I actually feel like it, not when I'm guilted into it.
Anyways, don't be shy, we're all quite friendly here.
