I had rather well developed pecs when I was younger and used to entertain myself and others doing what the stripper Sara demonstrates here. I'll point out that pecs are generally something that cis women don't consider, after all they are women and why should they be concerned about muscles, especially pecs. I can personally attest to the fact that a few minutes flexing the pectoral muscles in the mirror each morning has done me and my spouse each a world of good. She just turned 68 and those remarkable D's stay up and are indeed perky. Amazing. I hit the gym sometimes and have relatively developed pecs, it's hard to tell what is gyno and what is fat, but the muscle is below the breast tissue and fat. I can't make them do anything like that, but I just tried and I can make them move a little bit. It is difficult to really work pecs without also working triceps.

You may have noticed how she crossed her arms and clasped her elbows, that's the secret. That used to be a recommended way for women to add a little to the bustline only they held their arms crossed at 90 degrees to their body and pumped them in the same manner. Sara got so good at it she's used it as a major part of her routine. She's pretty and it's working for her so it can work for us too. Well maybe not the pretty part, that's genetics and a lot of makeup.
