New Age Coated Transphobia (TRIGGER WARNING)

There's this New Age Facebook page promoting some kind of festival (which was canceled, thankfully) called EVOLVEFEST, and they've been repeatedly transphobic and homophobic. I saw one of their posts weeks ago and began passing it around. Today, I noticed the FB page Wipe Out Transphobia has found it, as well, and made a comment:
"We have had our attention drawn to this page.
Having looked at it, we were shocked to find that it claims to be a page
(and music festival in fact), that describes itself as: "Fellowship of the
Beloved exists to help co-create a global culture marked by kindness,
nurture, respectfulness, and life-affirming actions"
However it is filled with homophobia and transphobia.
Now we would never advocate our members go there and be hateful
(and please don't), but we do advocate education. With that in mind,
please do, if you feel like it, let them know some facts.
We will be reporting anything we find that contains hate and we ask
that you do too."
Having looked at it, we were shocked to find that it claims to be a page

You cannot change your biological sex in any absolute way, but you have no control over your gender.
“You agreed to it before you incarnated in this present body”
Let’s say it’s true that, in some spiritual realm, we did decide what our experience would be before incarnating.
Did they not consider that maybe we chose to incarnate into a body/mind that was incongruent with each other;
that maybe this experience — difficult and depressing as it may often be — was a necessary lesson to be learned
about the diversity and anomalous characteristics of Nature?
For an organisation or festival that espouses new age spirituality, these people are clearly oblivious morons who
probably outright deny scientific thought and discovery. They tried backing up their bullshit by posting a link of
a Mark Passio lecture on Natural Law which is really quite hilarious, because Passio completely shuts down
New Age Bullshit.
I’m normally not affected by this kind of ignorance, but this particular instance got me emotional. How dare they
try to dismiss who I am by way of spiritual balderdash, and making these absolute claims as if they have some
kind of authority on spirituality and God.
“Reject all Transhumanist Propaganda and Conditioning- It is designed to destroy your body,
your mind and your spirit.”
No. My body needed to be estrogen dominant. I was depressed and volatile, and HRT has done an amazing job
at remedying that. I feel happier, more motivated, and more confident than I’ve ever been. Trying to continue
my life without it, and without transitioning, would have destroyed me. So, you can take your uneducated, self-
righteous, pseudo-spiritual filth and jump off a cliff like a bunch of pathetic lemmings.
