How do we change the game for us, turn the tides?
-Personal
-Social Media
-Mass Media
-Advertising
-Political
-Grass roots influencers
-Visibility
-Advocacy
-Organized protests
What would you recommend in each area? What would be most effective to stop the abuse of trans?
What would you or will you do personally?
How will you influence our world to drive back the darkness that threatens us?
How have you seen others do it?
Food for thought. Each of us has a part to play.

Very soon I will be going on offence. Toss the coin.. Just be real! Always be your real self in public and don't hide or exude fear, timidity or squeamishness and those in the small circle of the world around you will benefit more than from any forced in-your-face approach. It's incumbent on all of us to go out in the world each day with that presence and mindset and as our numbers increase the trans world will become more accepted. Personally, when some group tries to force their agenda on me my mind snaps shut. Case in point, the aggressive group known as "Black Lives Matter."

the best way is to be. fully and wholly.
when a kid asks to touch my turquoise hair, i bend down so they can reach.
take a slightly naive approach, purposely misunderstand people in a positive direction when they make rude remarks.
but be steadfast when they are vicious, answer evil with truth. no long versions, they won't listen anyway, just the simple truth. that you are real.

Nobody notices me much, but bad mouthing others will get me front and center sometimes. Usually a simple reply on the lines of what a jerk gets the same from others as well. Or at the least, an acknowledgement that express's something similar. Bigots are outnumbered in most places, people are sick of their crap, trans or not. We're all just people, you know?

that's true. simply speaking up when it's about to start, is often the easiest way to stop bullying. while if you don't speak up, you'll turn into a passive bully, one of those who effectively condone it with their silence.
