Psychic Warfare, The Spirit of Rebellion, Spiritual and Moral Superiority
"The soulless individual requires the handrails provided by Society. He or she is the perfect citizen of the Global Village. They happily exchange their name for a number, and sovereignty for security. He or she relies on experts, but is self-sadistic and manifests leaders who are as they are.
Power-drive replaces virtue and external status replaces moral superiority…"
Some wise words by the amazing Michael Tsarion:

So. very, very true. There seems to be an inverse relationship between moral compass and company seniority. The oft quoted concern of leaders for culture appears to be a convenient and misleading fiction designed to hide their pursuit of power, wealth and their own agenda.

this psychopath who studies psychopathy (james fallon) says that it's the cold and calculating traits that drive men to seek power. so the reason why people at the top have such horrible moral compasses isn't really because power corrupts, but because the ones with an already corrupt personality are the ones who seek the power. and us others just let them because we don't have the same drive. some of the best leaders (in terms of leadership, not morals) have spent a whole lot of time studying how to manipulate their audience. a motivational speech is a form of manipulation, and people who aren't aware will forget to listen for the actual message. www.theatlantic.com/health/archive/2014/01/the-dark-side-of-emotional-intelligence/282720/in older types of communities, leaders were often chosen by the people. there were no elections. they all just talked until they agreed that this guy would be the best to lead. leaders were often of a different sort back then. the last saami chief in the area i live, was a man who was held in high esteem, people trusted him. he didn't have much ambition, adored his grandchildren. was always asked for advice by others. a wonderful person who is deeply missed. his position as chief wasn't anything official, it was just the way people related to him, thought about him, relied on him. a beauty that is lost in modern society where the majority acts as dictator and the one who can mesmerize an audience wins even if nobody knows any of his other qualities.

Taka
So very true. Psychopaths occupy many leadership positions. When a leader is authentic, grounded and seeks to serve rather than to master, they are loved, respected and missed when they leave.

Words of wisdom Taka. The true leaders don't want the power.
