Occultism is not for the weak-minded, the easily offended, the typically misguided,
the emotionally unstable, the unimaginative, the impatient, the simpleton, the quick-
to-judge, the egotistical or the impervious of being. The occultist sees the poetry and
insight of all religions, but also has the discerning power to separate the philosophical
value from the dross of man’s ego. He/she has the keen ability to see the hidden meanings
between rather than taking the surface parables as definitive truth. There is more to a word
than its definition, and far more to a collection of words than the stories they tell.
