For example, would feminine transboys or masculine transgirls have less chance of getting NHS funding than masculine transboys and feminine transgirls?
I do know that in Canada, watching a transguy's recent video, he said that presenting the way he looks (male, muscular, beard, short hair, etc.) would help his case as it would leave zero doubt.

It is my understanding that they don't usually assist NB people with hormones and surgery in the UK but I am not 100 percent sure. I know that there are some NB people who have received treatment though. I think they will very likely give you a much harder time, partly because the system is set up for binary, using measures such as name and title change, evidence of presenting full-time etc.

I know that there are some NB people who have received treatment though. I think they will very likely give you a much harder time, partly because the system is set up for binary, using measures such as name and title change, evidence of presenting full-time etc. It is true that there are NB folks who have received treatment. I, too, thought that NB folks would be given a harder time but turns out, that is not necessarily true. A few days ago, I decided to ask this question over at the subreddit, TransgenderUK, they pretty much concluded that your appearance doesn't matter, they are more concerned about treating the dysphoria. There are GICs who have become more accepting of NB folks, e.g. Nottingham and Exeter. One said Exeter in particular is known to be far more progressive than other clinics in that they are willing to listen to the needs of NB and gender non-conforming folks. Both people are unsure if other clinics are accepting and cannot speak for those clinics. About evidence of presenting full-time, it was interesting as one Reddit user pointed out that the NHS to expect people to conform to the gender binary stereotype they are transitioning to is absurd. There are men who have long hair, men who don't, men who have no beards, men who do, men who shave their body hair for cycling and diving, men who don't, so on and so on. I keep forgetting that there are many ways different types of men, vice versa for women. Two transwomen noted that they dressed neutral (hoodie, black top and jeans), rather than feminine and they weren't given any issues at all. I think this is wonderful news, it gives me hope for the future.
