I think a chaser pretending to be a woman was talking to me just now, who found me in a group on Facebook.
They said, “Well I have a friend who massages her breasts and nipples and it did grow well hun.” and “she also masturbate a lot she says it helps the hormones work more better.”
What a load of garbage. Masturbation increases testosterone.

I doubt masturbating does anything to "help" hormones work better but I doubt it increases testosterone either. That's a myth.
Masturbation makes blood rush to the genitalia area and the brain releases endorphins and dopamine, that's it.

Well, not an increase enough to really matter if it does, but remarks like that are definitely fishy. Orgasm will definitely increase prolactin, and mine is already high enough.
