Thank you all for your kindness and congratulations I appreciate them more than you realize. Your are my family here people that I feel comfortable with and will actually open up to.If it were not for Kathy and her understanding and unquestionable love I would not be here she literally saved me from the dark side. Tonight I received an email from an activist friend that made both of us cry with joy.As of Jan 6th 2015 Florida will recognize and preform same sex marriages now I can finish my name and gender change and we will be married as Kathryn and Patrica and wear matching rings and maybe matching dresses if I can have my way. Julie you are always welcome at our home with open arms and heart.I don't want the others to feel left out the same goes for you all anytime you want to visit Florida my door is always open and I will chase the gator off the extra bed. Thanks again and hugs to all of of you, Patty |

That is wonderful news about same sex marriage being legalized in Florida. Now if only Australia can catch up...! Wonder how marriage works if one person is non-binary and has their sex changed to X rather than M or F? Probably deserve its own topic as I don't want to impede on your celebration!

I am such a girl ! Just logged in and started reading all your wonderful comments then the tears started now the key board is wet.Thank you all so much, my heart is soaring, its,well, overwhelmed I don't know what else to say except you have deeply moved me with your display of friendship. As for the date all I can say for now is the 1st quarter of 2015 and I need to plan around when those who want to be here also can come.We will order our wedding bands tonight we were actually able to find a beautiful pair of women's in size 8 and 10 that we both like.
