Hey, everyone. I’m new here, and I’m new to anything non-binary. It feels like there’s a lot for me to learn, and that’s why I’m here. Up until now I’ve always identified as a lesbian female, and that was enough most of the time. It feels sort of late in life for me to make any real outward-facing changes, so I’m more concerned about finding a way to handle the feelings of nonconformity I have inside, and maybe I’ll even discover a way to talk to my kids or my wife about this someday. Does anyone else here have young children? Yes! And I'm also married with a (lesbian) woman

Hey, everyone. I’m new here, and I’m new to anything non-binary. It feels like there’s a lot for me to learn, and that’s why I’m here. It feels sort of late in life for me to make any real outward-facing changes, so I’m more concerned about finding a way to handle the feelings of nonconformity I have inside, and maybe I’ll even discover a way to talk to my kids or my wife about this someday. Does anyone else here have young children? Welcome Taylor! Forgive my delayed (really delayed) response to you. I am assigned male at birth, and have a wonderful wife and 8-year-old son. I'm also transfeminine. I'm out to my wife as non-binary, but she HATES any term that starts with "trans," so I've been avoiding using them around her. My son sees my painted nails and purple hair, and accepts them without question. However, I've never broached the subject of my gender identity. That day will come, probably sooner than I'm ready for. I hope that I can impart pride in who I am, rather than embarrassment or shame. It's good to have you here on the forum. Feel free to explore and ask questions! <3

I'm a college graduate who's 24 this year. Just looking for something to do until the time of the end, since this world is perishing, but God's dwelling is everlasting. I used to be lost, a proud slave of society with its false wisdom, and addicted to hentai. Now, I'm a diehard person of faith and I know true wisdom.
I was born as a boy but in late college, I woke up one morning after some deliberation about changing gender and I realized I was meant to be a girl, so I firmly decided I was a girl from then on. I was transitioning on estradiol for a time, but had to stop for fear of persecution. When I retire, or perhaps a bit sooner, I will retransition.
I'm definitely attracted to girls but I can't help but wonder about other "feminine" to neutral genders. I'm male-phobic in orientation. I identify as a girl but wonder about a connection with N.B. genders.
Apart from that, I love good humor (especially parody), good games, good music, and just whatever's good. I'm much more in line with a "Sith" style than a "Jedi" style, but I don't hate Jedis. I grew up on internet and computers. I like vintage cars (though I drive an E-bike). I have pets and a garden and the list of substances I have used is too long to post. I love outdoors, the cold, and the ocean.

Hi. I'm Susan. I just joined. If we were putting labels, I'd say I'm non gender confirming. I am male and have no problem with that, but I don't conform to male stereotypes and in some cases I would be more feminine, according to stereotyping. That's enough for the moment

Trek for me- I grew up on the 60's trek, and then really enjoyed Enterprise recently, and all the movies they made. I didn't progress past those two series, oldtimer ya know.
I actually restarted the enterprise series again, and have watched the 60's version so much that I probably could quote most of the lines.
Have fun here
Amok time.....

Thanks, Leena and Trinity I started watching Star Trek when I was 6, starting with TOS, then I got into TNG when I was 11 and that one's "my" Star Trek. I love Picard and Data especially but the whole cast were like a family on-screen and off-screen. I watched DS9 and VOY when they came out and while I like both, they both had some things that appealed less. I was heading off to uni when ENT came out so I didn't get into it then but eventually got round to it 16 years later and loved it! DIS has been a mixed bag but I enjoyed seeing familiar faces in PIC and can't wait for Season 2! I love how Star Trek has really pushed at the edges, finding ways to explore themes that were more controversial at that time, whether it was having women in command or a POC having a position of responsibility where they were treated as equals or whether it was gender identity or same-sex relationships. And now, with the new series, they've got more into issues like PTSD and mental health and as far as LGBT+ is concerned, they're finally able to explore that in the way they wanted to 20 years ago. Thanks for coming to my TED talk
