Arin, I read your stuff all the time. If I don't comment, that doesn't mean anything.
But telling you that it is interesting enough to keep reading, that means something right there.
A lot of it is thought provoking, so it takes time to think about.
If it sinks in and becomes a part of my thinking, then you have succeeded.
But by the time that happens, it may have turned from your thoughts to one that become mine, in the way I think.
It becomes mine then. Just know that it started with your thoughts as you wrote them.
I read most everything on the forum, a few things don't interest me on the forum, but a large share of it does.
It's about the people here and what they think and have to say as well. Some of that lends itself to light conversation.
I learn things from everyone here. Their thoughts become mine when I can think of them in the ways that I think, as well.
If there is agreement in those thoughts, they become a part of the conversations most everywhere that it comes up.
I notice it is that way for the most part of everyone's comments. We learn from each other.
So know that your writings do make a difference, whether a comment is made or not.
I am always surprised when anyone comments on things I have to say and a lot of the time there just aren't any comments.
But I know that most people here read each others comments like that all the time, they read and think about it.
Sometimes we say things that set the bar a little higher than just a conversation, they are things to think about.
But never, ever, think that people aren't reading what you write just because they haven't made a comment.
Know that they are worth thinking about, rather than merely commenting about them.
