the only side i have of femininity is the sinister one. there is a reason why some languages group women with fire, knives, and other dangerous things. men and women have equal power in good communities. but not in the same areas, just when you add all areas together, it ends up equal. women and men don't have the same powers, but both have power.
it's interesting how you find all the peaceful qualities feminine. i don't know mane peaceful women, they never are if you study them properly. they're a bunch of manipulative creatures, and their internal power struggles are vicious. they're capable of cruelty on a much higher level than men would usually consider.
in the saami culture, you have a chief for every snall community. but he's just the guy who tells you what you already really know you should do. the guy who says what everybody agrees is right. the real powerful ones are the grannies. there is no stronger person than a grandma. femininity holds a very special strength.
a good wife is also a womab who can keep her husband in check. a very valuable feminine quality. she can't do that by being more masculine than him, it's a woman sort of thing.
i'm not feminine like that though. i'm also only rarely the feminine sort of nurturing. i have the vicious side, only the woman in me knows how cruel i could be.
but... i wonder what femininity really is. seems like a sort of lie, men also have all those qualities that they talk about. it seems they're only socially conditioned to not show it. and what is masculinity? some traits that any good grandma would have. men don't really have it, usually.

Society goes through stages in paternal and maternal. We are in a paternal stage right now and not far from being a maternal society. I don't really think I find the feminine qualities peaceful but I am at peace with them. That is what I'm way more comfortable with. Oh hon I can be a bitch. I can be really manipulative if I want to be. But the internal power struggles? Not so much. I am way more feminine inside and embrace that. Guys tend to try to hurt on a physical level when there is a problem between two of them. Females seem to attack on an emotional level without ever striking a blow. But more and more women and girls are getting way more violent than just with the razor sharp tounge. That I really have no answers to that Taka. All I know is me and how I feel. As much as it sux our behavior is in a lot of ways stereotypical. But I have to disagree with the last part, grandmothers and grandfathers aren't that different past a certain age. It's almost like in the womb we begin as asexual and we end life as asexual if we last that long.

The past few days I have felt very feminine, and have experienced what femininity is within myself.
I've found myself emotionally very fragile, crying at the drop of a hat, feeling vulnerable and breakable, just needing so badly to be held gently and protected. Maybe a lot of my views on femininity come from within myself.?
But as some may have read on my Fb, especially last night I suffered for it all, being more dysphonic than I have been for a long time.
