Now what do I do here, I am in the minority...

This sounds a lot like trying to agree the real reason for or cause(s) of trans*. At the end of the day I think that we choose the words, the reason, the architect, the supreme being which gives us most comfort and our life meaning. I find godliness in all folk that I meet, so to the extent that folk put this site together and joined just when I needed it, it was an act of God ... But it could equally be seen as providence, cosmic alignment, someone that cared for us enough to take on this initiative. I don't know the truth, it may be many truths and it may be all of the above!

In any case here is a big thank you to all those involved in its conception and delivery. You have no idea what a very good thing you have done for us and for future travellers.  What I see is both spiritual growth and the natural evolution of our community.

You know Trinity. I agree with you. We may have different perceptions but I do believe in something. I also believe in reincarnation, a Creator, Jesus and his insight and inner knowledge and other teachers that came before that specific Spirit and others that will come after. With my beliefs in reincarnation I believe I chose this. Why? I don't know. Most definitely could be for a thousand reason.  Lessons maybe. Making amends for some other evil person I may have been in a past life. Or just to face the persecution. Christ was persecuted and as awful as it sounds, being nailed to a cross may be less painless than a lifetime of being trans.

If you are in the minority hon, me too. I may be the only one that believes the way I do. I have yet to find any Church that shares the same beliefs as I have.

All we can do is be the best us we can be. That my dear is the true minority when so many are so much out for themselves. So really we all here are in the minority. But that is fine though. We all don't have to believe the same. Just love, accept and respect those we call friends and family no matter the beliefs. OMG I hate when people fight over differences in religions or belief systems. When we should all accept everyone has different perceptions and beliefs according to life experiences.

What do you do? Be you Trinity. Being in the minority just means you are not afraid to think on your own and hon that is strength. We may not all share the same beliefs and we don't have to as long as we love our fellow humans unconditionally, help our fellow humans in their time of need and just believe that good is stronger than evil and positive is stronger than negative.

I believe the diversity of beliefs and perceptions is one of the things that makes humanity beautiful. I'd never seek to change it.

I enjoy listening to others' perspectives, even when I don't see things the way they do.
