147.25 1400 cals
Must reset to 1800.2000 or it will be harder to cut later, the body would reset to running on 1600 instead of fat burn to compensate for intake deviation
That's why one to two days a week cal cuts work, it's not to be sustained cal cuts or it can backfire...source Dr oz

86kg still, haven't lost any nor gained any.
I ate more today than I did yesterday, I think I may be eating too little the past few days and am subconsciously eating more as my body needs more fuel to burn energy.

I ate too much today.
Fixing it tomorrow. Eating less, minimizing carbs and sugar.

We are holding steady and healthy as others gain. 147.25 cals unknown, I had a ten piece jumbo shrimp lunch. Broke the candy habit.

I should start posting here, too. God, I need to lose a ton of weight. I dread even looking at a scale. I really let myself go a while back when so much was going on in my life. I was too depressed to exercise and lacked the willpower to control my eating.
I'll start posting here when I get back home.

It helps dear, I'd be over 150 by now, got it back under control, conscious of the cals, and the encouragement is really great on this thread.

I think I've got quite a ways to go before I'm anywhere close to 150. I haven't been under 200 in well over a decade. At least not all of it is fat. I do have a fair bit of muscle, and I've gone off of estrogen.

What Trinity said, Pikachu If it wasn't for this thread, I would have well and truly regained the weight I had lost. I do still slip up sometimes (gain 1.5kg) but I easily lose it within a day or so by resuming my healthy habits.
I was 87.5kg on the day I posted that I ate too much - I did, ate for the sake of eating. I weighed myself this morning, back to 86kg.
Having a light dinner tonight, I hope this helps with the scales in the morning. Also worked a lot today helping my mum with her cleaner job. Will do push-ups before going to sleep, that always seems to hit the spot!
Also, Pikachu, I have weighed 231lbs (105kg) in the past, I now weigh 189.5lbs (86kg), never thought I would see the day that I slide well under the 200 lbs (100kg) zone. It's exhilarating and worth the sweat, blood and tears. It may sound vain but losing weight has, personally, boosted my self-esteem to an all new high.
Muscle is good! It helps burn fat I'm sorry to hear about you going off E, is everything okay?

Yeah, I'm doing great, actually. I went off of the E for personal reasons. I liked the softer skin, but emotionally I just feel better on T. I may try going back on HRT at some point in the future, using a different method or different meds. We'll see.

I still don't own a scale (and am not likely ever to), but my pants are now falling down. (Hold your horses, pervs. I have a belt.)
