Watch old Magnum PI if you want to see shorts. I used to wear cut-offs that the pockets were longer in the late 60's. If shorts like that ever come back, I just might let my hairless legs get a tan on them again. Yeah but I could do without the moustache though. Hell I still wear cutoffs like that. But a lot of times I spring for some women's shorts. I find that they fit better, tight enough somewhere to keep everything in place and short enough to actually feel good. Keeping everything in place in the summertime for me is definitely a plus. When I tried the guy clothes, the looseness caused some hellacious chaffing on my inner thighs. To me it has to be tight.

I don't really wear anything all that femme right now, just girl jeans. I will eventually, when I actually own some things, but also when I'm confident with how I look. The thing is, no matter how well I might pass in the face, my Adam's apple will still give me away. Luckily, it's about to be scarf weather, so I'll be wearing lots of those. I'm not afraid of wearing anything in public, I just want it to look right on me, and not have that neck radar for all to see. If someone still clocks me, oh well. I just don't want to draw that kind of attention. I walk like a woman, my mannerisms are not manly at all, my voice is on point, and so is my laugh. God, I can't wait to get a tracheal shave. I know I can't actually afford it, but maybe one day someone will help me with that. It needs to be covered by insurance as a necessary procedure for relief of dysphoria the way SRS is becoming more and more covered. So should electrolysis.

That they dont seem to notice. Most dont bother, some like the look. If its natural they take it at face value.
I catch them staring sometimes. If i look back they tend to be embarrassed.
Cause its real so they figure its real.

I don't really have a visible Adam's apple, at my current weight anyway, unless I turn my head straight up to the sky, which I rarely have reason to do. It is more prominent when I'm thinner. Maybe that's part of why I can't motivate myself to lose weight. I can keep my Adam's apple mostly hidden, keep my moobs, keep a bit of weight in my thighs and butt…not a real big fan of the big tummy that comes along with it though…
Maybe it will be covered one day Illuminess, my luck, that day will be the day after I pay out of pocket for it...

Okay, way out there suggestion but a transgirl, Charlie from Khaos Komix wears gothic lolita outfits and since chokers are common in the lolita fashion subculture, she can wear chokers to disguise her Adam's apple.
But I totally understand that gothic lolita fashion isn't everyone's taste.
If this helps at all, ciswomen have Adam's apples and not just small ones either. I knew a cisgirl who was gender-non-conforming, she looked very androgynous and had a really distinctive Adam's apple - like it was visible no matter which angle she posed herself at. She hadn't been on any HRT and doesn't plan to.

I have to agree with Jayce on this one. I have seen women with prominant voiceboxes. Sandra Bullock is one of them. I have to admit that I got lucky and mine is really small. I can feel it but it doesn't protrude so maybe I don't have too much room to talk.
BTW why is it called an Adam's Apple anyway? What about an Eve's Apple. Or did Eve get the Cherry? Bad joke.
But there are ways that you can hide it somewhat. But just like the penis or vagina don;t make the man or woman, the voicebox shouldn't either. But I have a couple of ciswomen friends that have bigger voiceboxes than what a woman should have. It seems to have something to do with the length of the neck. I try to stretch my neck and puff my chest out to make my little boobs more prominate it seems that my voicebox goes higher and therefore is even less visable. Besides, gaining wiehgt isn't a bad thing. If you are a female you want to be a little softer anyway.

Adam's apple or not we are beautiful women with sometimes way more to offer than a cis woman. We appreciate the femmininity. We love it and embrace it fully and some cis women do not. We all just need to find the right guys that are really secure in their own masculinity. These are the really special guys out there for us. So an Adam's Apple or a Penis. the really special guys and girls don't realy care because real love don't care.
