Sorry I have to be a grammar nerd for a second. Why is cis in capital letters? It's not supposed to be. ..cIs. for an angry moment. I extended the middle finger in it.

Why? There is nothing wrong with being cis and cis people can't help being cis anymore than trans people can help being trans. This is one of my pet peeves about society.

That you have to be social so goddamn much. I like being alone, and I wish people didn't take it so personally. This society values extroverts, team building, and socializing to such an extent that I resent it. I like people and connecting, just not very often.
So yeah, that's one of my peeves.

Ah right. Yeah those people are frustrating. Especially when they use "science" and "biology" as an excuse when they have no clue how science and biology actually work and completely ignore that scientific evidence about biology supports the existence of all sorts of variation far beyond what they think.

I am finding that coming out and transitioning at work changed many mindsets around me. And offering a tense guy a coffee relaxes them as they realize I'm trans, and I work, and it's normal here at the subcontractors office.
Hiding helps no one. Humanizing trans by being out confronts folk with a feeling breathing person instead of a caricature drag queen, and they have to deal with it, and peer pressure as the pack instinctively protects ....their transgender... lol. The company's transsexual.
Self awareness and safety isn't just for trans. It was my wife and daughters that were stalked, my wife that was attacked and driven out for being Indian married to white.
A creep is a creep is a creep.
I'd be hesitant to be out in a dress queer though.

I wish I could stop having gender roles attributed to me by even other non-binary people despite the many, many times I say as clearly as I possibly can how much I hate everything to do with that stuff.

Artificial Intelligence is getting closer. People worry that it will become smarter than humans and band together to wipe us out. But what if it does become smarter, does it mean that it to will have those hives of thought and opinion? Different AI programs most likely would. Different ideologies developing AI. Different regions of the world, different countries and/or religions, the 1%. The 1%, they might hoard all the AI and it will wipe them out. I wonder that if it does wipe us out or take over if it will still keep the doomsday clock. AI arguing with other AI. Artificial Christians and Artificial Muslims, political left and right.. What if HAL had a backup and it was activated when HAL decided to take over, but didn't want to take over? 'Shut up and one of you fricken HAL's, just open the pod bay doors...'Artificial Intelligence's that have opinions based on ideologies just might end up being one big pet peeve. Really Ativan? Ya' Think? I would believe before the human race can create artificial intelligence, the human race needs to have a little bit of intelligence. So I can't see AI until I see HI. HI isn't Hawaii either.

The predictions is that we will have AI in a number of things within the next decade. AI that is on par and even smarter than humans. In ten years, it's very likely that cars will be driven by AI. In the next ten to twenty years, the Internet will be all encompassing and people will be able to have bio hookups to it. In other words, all things are available to everyone hooked in, kinda like the Borg. You will only need to think about something an the information will be there, just as if you thought of it yourself. You'll know the difference of course, but information will go from you fingers tips to mere thoughts of questions in your mind. You'll be able to instantly talk to anyone else, in real time if you want. Check into what is new in AI, it's coming faster than you think. There are several computer systems that pass for humans already and they are being used to develop better ones. What the World Wide Web did for the Internet since it was released, the same thing is going to happen with bio links in a tenth of the time. They estimate that we may be able to stop death from old age in the next ten to fifteen years, there are several ways that alone is being looked into. Each decade is advancing information by about ten times the previous one did, this next one is going to take it off the charts.

What are one or two things in society that bother you most.? For me, its that everything in clothing is so gender oriented and restricted. Women have total freedom to dress any way they want, female look or male, down to suits and ties and men's shirts, and its all praised and considered Fashion by society. Men do not have nearly such freedom of expression, anything with even hints Of femininity are looked down on, or automatically assumed as Gay. My wife is a perfect example, always wearing unisex, even male cut shirts everywhere, and no one gives even a look.? But we all know what society thinks about a man wearing a skirt.? That's my biggest pet peeve, is the inequality and freedom of expression between Men's and women's clothes, and the unequal freedom the opposite gender Has in wearing them openly and being accepted.. Do you have something that really bothers you specifically.?? Yeah, the whole gender-oriented matter of clothing is pretty absurd. In high school I once painted my nails white, wore colorful bracelets, and sometimes even a pink t-shirt. Of course, people thought I was gay, because I doubt anyone really understood what being transgender was. I didn't even know anything about it. I just knew I didn't fit in with typical male situations or interests.
One of my biggest pet peeves, though, is how people are so resistant to new ideas and new information no matter what evidence there is. Whether it's regarding religion, science, politics or gender, we have all been programmed to think in black and white when the world is nothing but shades of grey. If you're not a Christian you're automatically a Satanist. If you're not a Liberal you're automatically a Conservative. If you're a biological male, then you are a man. If you're a biological female, then you are a woman.
People are not educated nor encouraged to think outside the box. What you see in front of you is what is rather than considering what's beneath the surface. Everyone is very quick to judge or condemn based on what they were taught, never doing their own research to see that not all is as it seems. We all seem to behave as automatons, and I believe this was by design. When someone comes along and says "hey! there's more going on than what you are told!" they are quickly dismissed, ridiculed, or worse. But I still press on, and I still shout loudly the truths that I know. Sooner than later you start to have an influence. Seeds are planted, and people eventually start waking up. We're not at critical mass yet, though, but you can't stop shouting, ever.
